  But another thing I noticed. The text article on AL.COM says they were fishing with “shad.”

  The video has a graphic at the start that says they were fishing with “dove.”

  Dove? In most states, it is illegal to use a game animal as bait to catch another game animal (like using a baby Brim as bait to catch a bass).

  I hope they were fishing with shad, and not dove.

  I wouldn’t be surprised if this family goes to jail or is fined.

  The left wackos go crazy when it comes to endangered species.

  1. They will say the guy should have cut the line and let the bird work it out. By bringing it near the boat, they risked it injuring itself.

  2. They will say… Oh-HO! You admit that you had already seen two eagles and this was the third, so you KNEW they were in the area. So you were endangering them by throwing food out there anyway.

  Years ago, some friends were near the beach. I looked at their facebook page and saw photos of them finding a turtle (a tortise). They just picked it up, photo of holding it. Oooooo. That’s cool, they thought. Then turned it loose. I said– take the photos down!!!!! That is a gopher turtle and it is endangered! Some nut-job will see that photo and you will be in HUGE trouble.

  Yes, the endangered species act. Responsible for the DEATHS of many species. People see one on their property and then KILL it because their land can become useless with an endangered species on it. The gobment’s wonderful law of unintended consequences.

  In this red red hot climate on guns…. is it any WONDER…. when asked if they had a gun in the house, I would be absolutely certain a percentage of people LIE to that question. How do I know a “surveyor” isn’t really: 1. a crook, 2. some government beaurocrat wanting to come back for them later?

  Hahahahaa. Why I’m SHOCKED that the number of people aswering that they have a gun in the house has gone down!

  You know…. my job has vacation days. But it is REALLY stressful. I think I need to take some MORE vacation days for all this stress my job causes me.

  Jobs should be a source a peace and tranquility. It is not fair for a job to give a person stress!!!!!!!!

  He didn’t get fired for wrestling a shark and saving people’s lives.

  He got fired for appearing to be a liar. Taking sick leave when he wasn’t sick.

  Come on guys! He can hang his medal in a museum …. right next to Obama’s Peace Prize that he got for 1) doing nothing but bring hope, and then afterwards 2) continued “the bloodthirsty policies of his predecessor,” and 3) has now instituted a policy of killing Americans ON American soil without due process. Yep. That was a great Peace Prize.

  And don’t forget the proposal for the medal for “showing exceptional restraint”.

  I think meaningless medal must be becoming a trend.
