I just wrote a letter of disgust and concern to the mayor himself. Also donated 150$ to the red cross effort there. I urge everyone else to do the same, voice your opinions and be the voice America needs. AMERICA NEEDS YOU NOW! WAKE UP AND TAKE BACK YOUR COUNTRY CITIZENS! For the record Tuesday I am voting. Use the gift of the vote your forefathers gave you, the past four years are reason enough alone.

In my opinion, I have a golden lab/retriever mix that weighs 131lbs. This guys dog is roughly the same weight. After looking at where the dog was and how rocky the terrain was I believe after seeing how upset he appears in the one interview he really tried his best. Sacrifices need to be made in life and death decisions and he had to make a hard decision. Leave a person behind or leave a pet behind. He was damned if he left either so give the guy a damn break.

Half of the people on here have probably never hiked into mountainous terrain and have no idea how truely hard it is. It is easy to sit behind a computer and judge people versus going out and experiencing what this guy probably did.

I think he made the right choice, he even called the police/rangers and they would not attempt a rescue because it was too dangerous…. yea remind yourself of that, if the police/rangers did not want to go clearly it was a dire situation. The guy was left on his own to figure it out and was probably hopeless, is he heartless? I don’t think, did he maybe not try everything he could? Maybe, should he be stripped of his pet of years? NO, this is heartbreaking and he should be reunited with his dog.

Don’t be so quick to pass judgement people, we all are human, and keep acting like this and you won’t have a choice in this country soon, you all act like he should be stoned to death.

Think a little more before you post 1 sentence replies.

For those curious, this was done at “Camp Woodward” (the logo is on the vertical part of the ramp) it is a training ground that anyone can pay to goto and learn, practice, and get trained by professionals in the sport. It honestly is quite a feat that he did this, Tony Hawk did this years ago after about 30-40 minutes after the x-games competition was over, he kept going until he got it, they even skipped over programming for the next show because it was such a big deal.

And for all the people criticizing this post, get a life, your no better then the government that treats us like crap most of the time. This kid has made history in the sport, what have you done? Oh nothing right.

All fun and games until a tree falls or gets knocked over on the track and people start piling up. Hopefully they would survive, based on the design of those cars they sit in, looks like they would fare very well in such a case!!

Looks like fun otherwise if you got the balls, could be made a little safer for the riders though.

If we don’t bend for anything, they shouldn’t bend for this. I feel that all muslims have an agenda to systematically make our country give in to this liberal, politically correct, religious ********. What do you stand for? what do we as a country stand for anymore?

What happens when we bend to please everyone? We allow and protect other race/religions to come to America to add to our melting pot. They shouldn’t abuse the freedom they have. We were built on Christianity and god damn it, it better stay that way.

I die a little inside everytime I see something come up in regards to “excluding god” from things anymore. Our forefathers would be so ashamed of this country in the past 15-20 years and it deeply saddens me. This country still has people who believe in our foundations, hopefully we can unite and restore this countries beliefs and honor one day… one day.

I grew up in a small house with 5 people 1 bathroom, a cruddy basement, a terrible yard, no neighbors, no friends, picked on, pushed around, mentally broken down. My parents have lived paycheck to paycheck my entire existence, it almost tore their marriage apart. The only time my family sees each other is at the dinner table. My father battled cancer and won, my mother has chronic joint problems, they don’t complain they still push on. I was addicted to drugs and was hopeless, I found my calling… I sobered up… I worked for 5 years as a teenager to save for MY OWN vehicle. I have paid all my own bills for school and still pay, I don’t complain, I push on. I now pay half of my parents bills to make ends meet on top of my own, I don’t complain, I push on. We still only see each other at the dinner table… and still push on.

We don’t blame wallstreet, we blame the others who complain, who don’t care, who don’t think, who don’t pick up the slack that we do. Shame on you, you don’t like the US? Get the %^&% out. You think its better somewhere else? Get the %^&% out.

Today we all live in the same house, twice the size, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful yard… built by us, for us. We don’t complain, we still push on.
