  I can protect my children at home from psychopaths like this. Who protects them at school? When they go into that “free slaughter zone” of the school, I feel like i am sending them out naked in the winter.

  In Israel all teachers are required to be armed and this doesn’t happen. If there had been armed teachers and administrators in the school, he would not have made it past the front office. I know as a CCW holder, Id have gladly given up my life to stop a wacko like this.

  Gun shops are private businesses that will have no liberal oriented compunction about ordering the protesters off their property and removing them with trespass charges if necessary. And if they think they can threaten violence (SEIU style) to intimidate them, i predict their efforts end very badly.

  I remember when the SEIU marched into a banker’s home and scared a child inside that home. If it had been mine in colorado I would have called the police and had them ALL charged with trespass and if they threatened my family they would learn the basics of the Castle Doctrine laws.

  Hardly surprising considering Margaret Sanger was a Eugenics advocate that founded Planned parenthood to rid the world of people she deemed undesirable. Its just liberals going back to their roots. I have a little 6 year old myself and if anyone tried to harm her I would kill them.

  Couldn’t agree more Christopher. I started listening to Glenn when he was talking about history and breaking stories others wouldn’t. I stopped listening when he began a crusade accusing anyone who isn’t religious of being a-moral and implying that they couldn’t possibly understand freedom. Now he is almost as narcissistic as Obama himself.

  I almost never come here anymore but today I decided to look at the site and now I know why. Glenn has a tabloid now. When is the “Trig Truther” story coming? Revolting and not worth my time. Anyone who subscribes to Glenn’s network is either a fundamentalist wacko or completely duped.

  Keats, you ask if I can think for myself in your denigrating fashion, failing to realize that it is I that is doing the thinking. You are merely emoting as your rant about Knox’ looks above proves. Who are You to decide when the constitution and the rule of law are to be thrown out? Is totalitarianism ok when the ends agree with you? Is it alright to incarcerate or even execute people if you say so?

  You preach a false and dangerous path, one that had been responsible for the slaughter of millions.

  The way to reform the system is through the ballot box, not a raised fist in anger. If you want the presumption of innocence changed, put up a constitutional amendment that says Keats gets to decide who is guilty and try to pass it.

  Amazing to me how the people here are willing to throw out the entire legal system whenever it comes to a decision that they dont agree with. Who the HECK are you all to decide guilt and innocense based upon the dribble that you get from the media and even the Enquirer. Good god people, you spend all your time raging against various abuses of freedom but you seem to be perfectly willing to abuse it when it doesnt suit you. That is the problem with america right now. Its not a Dem or Repub problem but a problem where people abandon the constitution for selfish means.

  The fact is, she was found not guilty by a court of law. If you arent willing to accept that then I hope you will be just as willing to put yourself up for trial by public opinion when you get arrested. Precedents like the one being set here are on the dangerous road to tyranny.

  If you weren’t on the Jury of Anthony or Knox, just shut up already and let the legal system work.

  We are a nation of laws, not opinions of men and women.

  @encinom: 10 minutes with google on “jury Nullification” would have saved you from embarrassing yourself here. An American jury can very well acquit if they dont believe the law or the application of law is just. It is their right to decide the guilt or innocence of the accused. I’m afraid it is liberals such as yourself that have contempt for the constitution. The constitution says nothing about trier of fact or law.

  According to the constitution, only congress has the power to make law and that law is constrained b the constitution. Now we have dozens of regulatory agencies siezing the power to make law without the consent of the governed and without being elected by the governed. This needs to be found to be unconstitutional. The constitution is clear and does not give congress the right to delegate the authority to make laws.

  This is when I wish I had a few million dollars to fight this in court. All “regulations” are unconstitutional.
