  • Well, I guess that makes Ms. Lerner and other senior irs executives guilty of misprision – to see a felony committed and to do nothing when your have a legal obligation to report it.

I’m sure the irs employee handbook has a guideline which MANDATES employees who witness fraud or abuse MUST report it.

    Guilty of Misprision!

  • Yes, I think it goes something like this…..

When a muslim boy or a girl puts explosives on their body and goes into a large crowd….

  • Well, I found it very humorous! As Home Simpson says, “It’s so funny because it’s true!”

  • Nothing makes a woman uglier than a hideous hijib or muslim rags.

  • God given Rights of the US Constitution and the Rule of Law must always be respected and followed…..No Exceptions – EVER!

  • First, I really cannot believe there is not more outrage (or comments) about this story.

This is totally surreal. As a federal agent of an agency involved in this (which rhymes with “I hate pie”) I would have not complied with any order to force people to an unconsented, warrantless search. If I were involved, I would have knocked, asked people if they have checked their premises and residence, if they noticed anything unusual during their check, and MAYBE ask if ONE or TWO officers or agents could quickly look at their residence. If they said no, I would ask if the resident would mind quickly searching through their house again.

From what I have seen, this is BLATANT law breaking by the police and various federal agencies. I have had cases involving fugitives whom I have had arrest warrants for, knew they were in a house which was not their residence, been told I cannot enter by the occupants of the residence, and been forced to sit on the residence and get a search warrant for the fugitive. The 4th amendment is clear, and unless you have PC and a warrant, or one of the FEW exceptions (inventory, search incident to arrest, or motor vehicle exception) involved, you CANNOT FORCIBLY SEARCH PREMISES or PROPERTY. This is engrained in every academy. There should be congressional hearings on who ordered these warrantless searches! And I don’t care who they were looking for! It could have been satan-incarnate for all I care – you cannot do a unconsented, warrantless

  • Yes, I think Dr. Evil’s request in the second movie is more appropriate – $100 billion!

  • Or charged with filing a false police report. She should file a complaint with the same police department on “false statement” charges so that this “tax inspector” gets arrested, too!

“Mandated home inspections?” WTF!!! The 4th Amendment has not been repealed yet, has it???

  • I vote #3. I sent this clown an email stating he was wrong (and a commie) and that if I were in his class i would gladly stomp, p!ss, and defecate on the following names or books he probably likes: muhammad, lenin, stalin, mao, hitler, marx, and the qoran. But not my Savior!

If that’s a threat, my bad!

  • The question I just cannot seem to get out of my head is this: Why does King Barry and all his liberal comrades want to go after semi-automatic rifles as opposed to handguns?

Not that I want any gun restrictions, and I believe people should have full auto weapons if they choose to. But why semi-auto rifles and why now? Handguns kill many more people?

My first instinct is to think this is this all part of the “Saul Alinsky” playbook to slowly rid us of guns, and there starting with semi-auto rifles.

But with everything going on – DHS’s ammo purchase, the imminent economic crash, the 100,000 armed DHS agents, and their 2,700 tanks – maybe they want to rid the public of semi-auto rifles because rifled rounds are the only rounds to pierce ballistic vests and kevlar? This would give the DHS thugs a clear advantage against an armed populace with just handguns and shot guns.

This whole thing stinks to high heaven! From the Sandy Hook rifle being found in the car trunk to Gabbie Giff’s hubby purchasing an AR-15 to “test the system and donating his gun to the local PD (and wasting $1,600)”, something is completely rotten in DC, and they are not telling us the truth or their plans.

I’m interested in hearing others’ thought.
