  Both Common sense and the law should prevail here. What’s good for the Gander is good for the Goose. If it had been your daughter and an 18 year old male? The parents of the younger girl don’t owe the other parents anything. Then they try to make the parents the bad guys and the 18 year old a “victim”. Typical. What you teach your daughter is your business and what I teach mine may be another. No one can be sure how this all started and she just might be a “predator”. The school had no choice. The police had no choice. The young girl’s parents had no moral or ethical or lawful choice. If an outside party found out that they knew of this relationship and did nothing would they be held responsible under the law? The only person that had a choice in this matter was the 18 year old lesbian. A 15 year old girl is not responsible at that age. If she were she would be out working, paying her own rent and eligible to marry the lesbian and adopt their own child. BUT SHE ISN’T.

  Hey ranger, I continually say “The POLICE are NOT your friends”. This guy made a mistake, it may have been avoidable, I don’t know. What you read may or may not be all that was going on and may or may not be entirely truthful. Sorry for the police officer and the family of the slain girl. Now, Not everything the police do is wrong, but neither is everything the republicans do is right. OR not everything the democrats do is wrong. But there is a trend in all things and the trend for the police is to over react when threatened, to immediately take charge by over intimidating to show one who’s boss. As always you consistently take the side of the police. With this incident I’m on the side of the policeman. It surely wasn’t intentional. He will carry this for the rest of his life. Life is hard, the police make it harder. When the SHTF they’ll be miles away, protecting their own.

  When are we going to start picking our battles? Does he do EVERYTHING wrong? Maybe, but this is nit picking. Of all the things that we have to complain about, a Marine holding an umbrella so the pres won’t get wet? Let the generals straighten his hiney out, if they have the guts. How many times do you spose you broke with “protocol” when you were in the service? How many times did you do something that you weren’t supposed to but were told to do it anyway? We need to get over the little crap and concentrate on that big crap in the WH. The Clintons had the Marines serving snacks at white house functions. Didn’t see a ground swelling. The Blaze just likes to ruffle feathers. I think they get a kick out of making us consevatives squirm.

Common sense tells you that. If a “MAN” wants to have sex he also is assuming responsibility. Sex is not a sport, nor is it something to do when there’s no one else to do. “It is better to spend your seed on the ground than…” Men use it as a tool and so do women. Virtue and morals are lost on many who can’t see the forest through the trees.

Don’t kid yourselves. ..” The “media” will never admit they were wrong in pushing the first black president into office. They have too much in the game to make any of this an issue. They’ll do whatever they can to ignore and otherwise make all what’s going on now a Non-Story. Those who write the stories today are idealists who think the Polar Bear would be all but extinct if it weren’t for their bringing it to the public’s eye. Same for oil, global warming,.. you name it. It’s too late for common sense. It’s gone the way of the Mastodon. We all will soon to be extinct as well. I’ve had a good life. How bout y’all? No more “Leave it to Beaver” or The Andy Griffith show, or The Lone Ranger. No more Halloween without X-raying candy. Some places are outlawing Halloween altogether. It’s sad and amazing where we’re going. When we chased God from our schools and became a non virtuous place, God took our country’s soul with Him when we left Him. No wonder it’s turning to crap. I’m hoping I’ll win the lotto. First thing I’ll do is give Beck money to fire all those jerks who can’t edit TheBlaze stories and hire folks with out a case of hedupassitis.

  “Teachers who understand the rights afforded to them by the constitution of our United States and freely exercise those rights .” True. Sad but true. Although I don’t applaud him for his actions. I also don’t agree with his methods. And I certainly don’t wish him well. You’ve heard it in one manner or other in the past; “I fought for your right to burn the flag if you so desire”. So yell fire in the theater when you think everyone can escape unharmed? You would also be one to pick and chose which fundemental rights we have. Is “The right to keep and bear arms” one of them? I agree with your “Right” but not your reasoning. We can’t have our cake and eat it too.

  Tough call to say he’s heading for the slammer. I think he’ll get off with 3 months in a juvenile facility (with time served) 8 months of community service and he can’t play any organized soccer. But he’ll qualify for Hockey or Football. This country put sports above politics. Sports above family. Take away sports and Reality TV. Man what’s left? He’s just a child of the system. They’ll find some PTSD like cause and heal him. When he “shows remorse” for his action then all will be well again. More and more of this is happening. Change the subject; anyone betting on whether that girl who stabbed and shot her boyfriend to death will get off? I’m saying, REASONABLE DOUBT. If we have no reason to doubt BO’s birth cert, well then there’s no reason to doubt her story. When bad is good and good is bad.
