That bill has a clause that gives the executive branch (Obama) the power to decide when the border is secured instead of Congress. Obama can’t be given that kind of power without Congressional over-site. Its hard to believe the Governmental klan in Washington is actually willing to reward illegal invaders for breaking our laws. They should never be allowed to vote for breaking US immigration laws.
