  When the protesters started setting off illegal fireworks and spray painting cars, where was the enforcement of the laws by the police? Why do they let these idiots break the law to “protest” stuff they probably don’t even understand, since they probably have minimal, if any, job experience that would let them relate to the financial world. If I spray painted a car, I would be arrested, charged and have to go to court. These morons get their face on TV so others are encouraged to follow suit.

  To JOHNANNEGALT: Seriously? I also Googled her and the Cheerleader pics are standard MODEST outfits with a modest V neck (not at all low cut), and all other pics of her are modest. BYU does not require women to dress in neck to toe clothing to attend there. I was there way back in the 70′s. The note writer was probably from a very strict, non-mainstream, intolerant home that does not reflect the true LDS spirit. My daughter has in-laws like that. Her modest cheerleader outfits that she wore in high school were supposedly immoral in their eyes, but their own daughters crotch hugging spandex shorts and tank top for the volleyball team were okay. Whatever. If you don’t like what you see, look the other way.

  I can never understand the hate directed at the Mormon Church. It comes from ignorance of the complete doctrine, and a corruption of very small parts of it. It seems to me that David had many wives and he was highly favored of the Lord. Polygamy was instituted during a period of extreme persecution, when the even the Governor of Missouri, Wade Boggs, signed into law an order authorizing the extermination of all Mormons. Many families were left fatherless. It was much better for other men to absorb those families and be married to the woman, so there would still be a father and mother for her children. For those of you who believe that the Gospel taught in the Mormon church is different…it really is the way the Gospel reads in the KJV of the Bible. Revelation did not cease after Jesus died. Many received revelations later as described in the book of Acts. Didn’t Joan of Arc receive revelation from God? The original interpretation of the Godhead was Changed at the Nicene Conference at Emperor Constantine’s order. The two holdout Bishops were cast out for not following his decree for their vote. Jesus teaches us to pray to the Father in His name, not in the name of anyone else. Christian ministers/pastors are fearful of the lay ministry of the LDS Church because they depend on their income through their preaching. LDS ministry is a calling extended from God to serve without compensation in any calling, whether it be a Bishop, Sunday School teacher, or whatever. Lose the hate

  I still think it sounds like a possible TIA or ‘mini stroke”. My wife suffers from occasional severe migraines and also from cluster headaches (called suicide headaches by many). Her speech and vision are usually affected, but not to the point this reporter suffered.

  There may be sports where boys and girls can play together, such as soccer. Wrestling is not a coed sport unless it is in a bedroom. Boys are told not to touch a girl anywhere near the areas covered by a swimsuit, or face sexual assault charges, and possible jail time and a black mark that will follow them for the rest of their life. Then they decide to let girls into the wrestling program in high schools. Now the boys will always be second guessing whether they can grab a girl in a place necessary to get the leverage they need to pin her and win the match. Will she scream foul and sue him? Will he get charged with sexual assault if he does a butt grab, placing his fingers in her crotch, to flip her over? What if he grabs her breasts while grappling and trying to find a place to hold? This show why it is wrong to mix the genders on the wrestling mats. A boy will be so self-conscious about what it appears he is grabbing, that he will be distracted and will not perform at his best. I applaud him for making a moral stand, religious or not, and his parents for having taught him right and wrong.

  PMSNBC has always been in an alternate reality. They miss the news that people want to hear, and report rumors and allegations that are unprovable. They are so in love with Obama that they can not tolerate anything that does not show him in the immaculate glory they themselves worship him in. The ratings show what America thinks of this approach. Fox News uses provable facts so their ratings are soaring, MSNBC is falling like a rock.
