  Unfortunately “case law” is the way law is now practiced, rather than the intent of the “rule of law” meaning attorneys use what other cases have determined the law to be, rather the the intent of the legislature… i.e., activism judges…. it is alive and doing well in Florida, for sure…..

  Yes a baby is dead, but a jury of her peers, which is how our system works, says this mom did not kill her daughter, so the attorney can rest at night because he did his job. It may not be pretty but it is the best judicial system in the world – so don’t judge the attorney for doing his job.

  If we raise taxes, fees, etc., now without reducing the size and reach of government it will be as it has been for the past few decades a tax and overspend government. You can NEVER raise taxes enough for a government, total confiscation occurs or economic collapse. The countries that in collapse right now in their economy have you notices it is all because of spending? And that the corrective action being taken is to make draconian cuts as their is not a choice… we can do this now Mr. President or we can do it when we have no choice… either way, your done and it is my hope that you are tossed out before you serve one term.

  When a family who‘s budget is out of whack and they are immensely in debt they for the most part don’t look at how to increase revenue. This is the case because most of us cannot adjust our revenue (income) at a whim, it is for us a fixed income. We can’t go to our employer, or our customers and say I got a lot of debt so I have raised my prices or I need a raise. We would be laughed out the door, right? So, when a budget is talked about it is for the sake of eliminating and reducing expenses to bring those in line with income and financial discipline, right? Therefore, most of us would agree that “revenue” should not be “on the table” -right? So, Mr. President this again shows you are not in touch with reality… meaning us the citizens, you have never balanced a budget apparently, you simply go on a fund raiser or call “Spooky” – right? So, Mr. President, revenue, (taxes, fees, agreed to tax incentives) are off the table -get with the program. This man is so arrogant….

  Celebrate Freedom this year – cause it ain’t guaranteed to be here next year or the year after of the year after that… unless “We the People” say ENOUGH and stick to our principals that we are the only country to be free since our founding… we now stand to loose this because of our politics and polls… Let us forget politics and polls… and use common sense. This administration and the World are closing in on us and Israel, be ready to stand your ground unless you prefer to loose it and live like the other “democracies” that are unfolding in the world. US is a Republic, not a democracy and their is a difference.
