  • Congratulations… you can have your fantasy today if you are the “strong, independent woman” that the press portrays you as! Just tell the country the ever popular “I need to spend more time with my family” and we will wish you well (and goodriddance). That would be “radical” and I’m sure your followers would understand. Besides, you need to get a job outside of the White House for all the feminists to respect you again.

Why wait Michelle… the entire world is your oyster (unless, of course, that only applies when we taxpayers are footing the bill).

  • Considering that those of us who actually PAY taxes have been reduced to “sharecroppers”, I think the Union bosses are doing well, but sacrificing the rank and file jobs with their ridiculous lawsuits. It seems as though those that head the unions will spend money on anything (themselves, politicians, lawsuits, paid “activists”) but the pensions and benefits of their members. Unions are the 9%’s of the workforce with security, pensions, benefits and base pay beyond what anyone else has. Maybe they should count their corrupt blessings and do their work.

  • Funny, the state of Illinois – home of our illustrious President, and cesspool of corruption, crime, and cronyism – doesn’t seem to have any drones. I guess that guarantees that what happens in Illinois infects the rest of the country after the virus is well incubated.

  • Millions of books sold, but apparently few read. How is it that these are on the coffee tables of every liberal I know, but they didn’t know about this? The press couldn’t be bothered to vett this idiot, but couldn’t they read his book at least? What an un-curious bunch those liberals are.

  • Millions of books sold… and apparently very few read. The contents of Obama’s biography went largely unread, unvetted, unanylized by the press and the liberals who proudly place them on their coffee tables. Little by little, the details that were there all along are becoming “news”. What in in-curious bunch the left is.

  • So much for the myth that these are the engaged problem solvers of the future. It is terrifying to think that this generation will determine the quality of my care in twilight years after working and leading a well-ordered life for so many decades.

Their parents and especially their professors should be so proud!

  • Our Creator endowed us with Life , Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness… but He also gifted us with Free Will, something the Obama “mandate” removes. Forget the noise, does an entity have the right to remove what the Creator has endowed? Unlike the Catholic faith, which offers forgiveness when one sins, this Administration will respond to will with punishment. The government is taking away from the religious instiutions, not because they are wrong just that the government prefers to have that power for themselves. Don’t you see? A state religion is being established with every mandate we allow.

Also, if this were about CONTRA-ception, why is the birth control pill and abstinence lumped in with what would be more honestly difined as POSTRA-ception? Where women of free will can see practicing birth control in the form of a preventative pill, and reconcile it with their God and families, many would never cross the boundaries of the morning after pill and abortion at any point in pregnancy. I have often wondered why, if PP is so passionate about womens health, they don’t defend and promote abstinence with the same zealousness afforded abortion and the trivialization of responsibilities of sexual behavior. When they truly care about this issue, PP will offer counseling to the millions of women post-abortion (they say it only effects the woman mildly for a couple of weeks) like the Catholic Church who does offer counseling and support via Rachel’s Children program

  • Join me in telling Bill O’Reilly that I will turn him off until Colmes is gone. For too long Bill has let him get away with not really adding anything but “republicans are evil hypocrits” but this shows how low in the gutter this man is. I, for one, would not be in the same room as this mean-spirited creep after this. If Bill cares anything about the “folks” he should set the example and ostracize this monster.

  • Perhaps while Verizon deals with their “growing pains” they could suspend the many and idiotic commercials that run incessantly. I don’t think I can stand one more pink outfit and hope that the frighteningly creepy elves are gone for good.

  • I always enjoyed the excuse to leav the room, have a quiet and intimate moment with my baby and believe still that that PRIVATE interaction was of benefit to both myself and especially my child. Then again, I didn’t feel the need to constantly drag a nursing infant on daily outings that lasted long enough for her to need feeding in public restrooms.

    Ah, the simplicity.
