  The thing is that some people do think that killing another human being is actually funny and they enjoy it. During lynchings photos actually showed those doing the lynching smiling. The same thing with the Rodney King beating. Those who retaliated laughed about it while dozens were beaten and some were killed. We are moving ever more swiftly in a very dangerous direction where there is very little if any moral code being taught to our children and what morality is taught is somehow being erased or obscured by the society in which we live.

  Amen, like I posted earlier, the US gets 52% of its energy from coal which means that there ends up being more green house emissions in charging an electric car than it does to drive a gas car that has been capable of blocking all those “nasty emissions” from the tailpipes for quite some time. But tha’s critical thinking and who bothers to do that any more. There will be a place and a time for many alternate fuels but during a recession and while the country is drowning with a 15 trillion dollar albatross around its neck is not it. They lied about it and in so doing they have put the horse before the cart.

  unfortunately it is private and they can do what they want. My response is that 52% of our country’s energy comes from coal and that means charging electric cars leads to greater emissions from coal plants. But the fact is that cars today minimize so many emissions that they are more more green than electric cars. We don’t read too much about that do we? I am sure that there is a market and will even be a greater market for natural gas cars and electric cars in the future but this adminstration has put the horse before the cart. They have intentionally forced the closing of east coast oil refineries, shut down dozens of coal fire plants and mines,threatened to bankrupt any new coal industry; played political favors by shutting down the Keystone pipeline to make sure that WARREN BUFFET‘S railroad gets the contracts to ship oil via the railroad he recently bought lining the pockets of the other political player Nebraska’s Ben Nelson who had Buffet’s back throughout by delaying and blocking the pipeline for “environmental purposes” (even though it was approved 3x, would have been encased in cement and there are numerous underground lines already in the area and the RR is more risk and less environmentally friendly) BTW, Nelson has Millions invested in Bershire Hathaway…Buffet’s company; The US has given billlions of American dollars to Petrobra in Brazil to deep water drill in the Gulf while shutting down American rigs. What a country, huh? Time for a change.

  I always fail to see the logic in this tactic. Are conservative children, adults, women, etc… residing on another planet and immune from these dastardly actions that are killing off only certain classes, sexes and races that van jones drones on about with pollution, health care. medicare, and medicaid reforms? Are Americans that uninformed or lazy that they would rather listen to a bunch of lies rather than get all sides of the story so they can make an educated vote or decision? Please do your homework. Realize that the chevy volt has to be plugged in somewhere and that somewhere has to be paid for by someone not to mention that fact that COAL powers 52% of this country. Perhaps every homeowner could put up their own windmill and every parking lot or meter could be shielded with solar panels or have a windmill to generate the ELECTRICITY that we normally get from COAL!!!! I have no problem with many sources,I have a problem with oil refineries already shut down on the east coast, and with coal fire plants closing down all across the country because our POTUS APPOINTED the EPA nibs who are bankrupting coal companies with BULL. I have an issue when the Keystone is nixed and business goes to Buffet’s newly acquired RR and to Bershire/Hathaway. Oh yeah, Ben Nelson (Nebraska) owns a “bit” of stock Bershire/Hathaway…just saying…WAKE UP AMERICA AND DO THE MATH!

  I have an idea. Rather than have the taxpayers FUND campaigns why doesn’ t the press make itself useful and sponsor four debates; 1 a week for four weeks between the presidential candidates prior to the presidential election and only ask questions that are pertinent to the future of our country instead of what someone did with their damn dog or what if a state chooses to prohibit BC…seriously. Then senators should only be chosen by representatives from the state. NO out of state money should be allowed because what the hell does California have to do with the problems of NYS….NONE!!!!! This has got to stop. Americans are dangerously close to losing every remedy they have to address our national and state issues. Please America think about what is happening in our country and stop it before it is too late

  First of all agree. I thought that both snapshots were very revealing. And I applaude Pelosi for not laughing at the degrading comments Maher was throwing out after the “welfare Queen” segment. While we all know that both sides have extremes, it does no good to keep running the same thing over and over again. It simply fuels both extreme sides. And for danylion, I think what Beck talks about has absolutely nothing to do with 90% of the posters here. If you would even bother to check to see what Beck has been doing rather than assuming you know because of what other people say to you then you would know the truth. I haven’t seen any TV or radio personality talk more about God, family, and country then Mr Beck. If you are in the Texas area July 26-28, you should check out the “Restoring LOVE” rally that Beck is paying for out of his own pocket. He is planning a day of community service for all that plan to attend during that time. Saturday even. Mr Beck is leasing Dallas stadium with his own money for the inspirational finale. Mr Beck has a company that hires single moms and all profit goes to his MercuryOne Charity, His 912 inspiration idea has sprouted groups all over the US. They collected more relief funds for recent tornado victims than any other group other than the red cross. I would put that record up against any liberal secular goup and ask what the hell their problem is with “BECK” as you say. It’s OK though keep following the secular liberal media

  Franklin Grahm never did anything wrong except insult the sensibilty of people who have no sense whatsoever. Their only goal in life is to corner people, attack them, rip them apart and then feed them to the dogs. They do this extremely well, except when it comes to Gingrich, Gingrich rips them apart before they have an opportunity to damage anyone. I will give the man credit for that.

  If you listen to this clip Grahm never says Obama is not a Christian. He says you will have to ask him. He says Santorum is a Christian because he Santorum espouses his views on morality which are prolife. He doesn’t call Obama a muslim yet Sharpton immediately leaps on an opportunity to smear a republican christian. Same thing with Cameron and Piers the other day. Piers was just shocked and apalled that Cameron has such conservative christian views about homosexuality. Maybe Piers should be just as shocked that others have the same view about his “enlightened” more modern secular moral beliefs. It is time for the left to stop bashing those who don’t agree with them. Stop being so damn arrogant and hypocritical and accept the fact that not everyone will agree with your views.
