If you had bothered to read the police and corner report, you would have noticed that the “kid” as you called him was over 150 pounds. Throughout history, that person would be a fighter on the front lines. Learn your history and apply common sense before you post as it appears that you are a person that listens but does not hear, a person that looks but does not see, and does not realize that it’s easy to grow old but difficult to grow up.

  • People look but don’t see
    People listen but don’t hear
It’s easy to grow old but difficult to grow up
    Children raising children

For those that do not understand, true wisdom only comes from God and thus doing the right thing can be difficult. As parents, we sometimes have to take the difficult path for the child and not the easy path that is quick with less fuss. We have to raise the child, not “give” the responsibility to someone else – that is wrong and does not work.

So you think the Constitution allows for the state and local government to silence anyone in any way they choose? Remember, the 1st amendment only talks about congress restricting religion and speech, and not state and local.

  • “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceable to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

For those that point to the Supreme Court in reference to “restricting” freedom of speech (i.e. yelling “fire” in a crowded theater) have not read what they where talking about. The Court was stating that if your reasonable intent was to cause harm, then you are at fault for causing harm – if there was a fire in the theater, then of course you would not be charged. It is about the expected result of the speech and not the speech itself.

  • The judge should still be charged with breaking the highest law of the land.

  • Sounds like Anonymous did to Stratfor what Stratfor has done to others, just beat them at their own game. I do not like having to live in a world where this goes on, however, I understand that I must until God takes me. All of this is just another way to put God in the back and not look to him. Our founders would not have liked this as it takes away integrity – replacing it with deceit and thus removes a little bit more from the mature man.

I hope that you do not pray with that same mouth. I will pray that you see we are ALL God’s children. That HE loves us equally, however, many will reject and despise HIM and therefore removed themselves from HIM.

  • I would attempt to get a charge of assault with a deadly weapon. If the Dr. or the parents read the insert that comes with the vials (for multidose or the single dose) most of the vaccines have a potential “side-effect“ of ”death”. Although it is not a high percentage it does happen. Not only that, the federal government has a fund so that if your child dies you will get money for their loss (if you can prove it) – yea, that makes the death of my child make me feel sooooo comfy. I confirmed this after I talked with the local state health director who even argued the benefit of the chickenpox vaccine (in which she stated that children die as if everyday – my pediatrician who has been around considerably longer than she has and has a very large practice says that he has NEVER even heard of a child death due to chickenpox – did not rule it our, but it would be very few that have died). Vaccines do have there place, however, one should be well informed, never take the advice of “health care” professionals in this are – remember, doctors only go through 2 years of pharmacy school, which means they no very little other than what the reps tell them or the CDC. BTW: remember the research on Autism and vaccines that they see proves vaccines are safe – Not done in U.S. with a sample of less that 1500. Look it up on the Gov web site

  • Although I applaud the final decision to release him, I find it disheartening that the “enforcement of law” would even consider action against him. 100 years ago, he would have been applauding for his action.

  • Was is the judge not being charged with the ILLEGAL attempt to go against the supreme law of the land (i.e. the Constitution – 5th Amendment)? He, as well as the prosecutors asking for this, should be thrown in jail and every case of both parties should be thrown out – that is LAW. Why is there not a call from congress nor the U.S. Circuit court? The U.S. Circuit court should not use legal maneuvering for an obvious illegal use of the bench. The law that she MAY have broken is no where near as bad is the one that this judge HAS broken. By his own words “contents of one’s mind is off limits”, however, the constitution clearly states that you as a judge cannot compel any person to self incrimination (or even potential), but no, he comes along and says no, we can use drugs to get the information from you (expounding to the next level from where he’s at), we just can’t read your mind? I do believe even the Geneva Convention had something to say about that.
