  Can you say NUDGE! We know why there is childhood obesity. When we grew up we had whole milk, white bread and cupcakes! We were also outside playing everyday – and we had chores and helped around the house. Maybe we need more of that?

  1. Remember that “everyone gets a trophy” – this policy has bred a generation and cuulture of artificial self-worth.

  2. As a business – they should raise the price of the sneakers if there is such a demand. Instead, they want to tell businesses what to sell, where to advertise and what the price is going to be. With that view – there will be no more sneakers, Ipods, etc.

  I agree – How about being thankful for what you have and not just complain about what you don’t have. If you are truly hungry you’ll be grateful for ANY food.

  I remember my mom being on welfare in the late 60′s – we got a block of cheese, powdered milk, hot dogs and old bread. She got herself off welfare as soon as she could. Now we support a lifestyle of people with EBT cards who take advantage and even scam the system. And they have more disposable income than my own family.

  Something is not right here. This whole story just doesn’t make sense to me. The way she describes it – she should have sued 14 years ago…this is a classic sexual harrassment case.

  They cannot find anything solid on cain so they have to blow up this story. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle – not an issue. We have big problems in this country.
