  • How long before those citizens that adhere to the “other party” are deemed a threat to national security, and executed by order of the POTUS?

  • So, the all powerful, ubiquitos federal governemnt has finally realized the danger inherent in such a concentration of power. How quaint. Now, instead of some locality being hacked, its the whole nation. Good job Progressives.

  • Since the argument is made that there is no essential difference between a new born and an unborn child, I see this as an excellent argument AGAINST ABORTION. Any argument that infanticide is alright because they do it in the Netherlands, would hold the same standing as arguing for state mandated abortion because they do it in China.

  • He should be charged with at the least reckless endangerment. Having handled firearms a great deal, and knowing several others that do, there will be an occasional accidental discharge. That is why muzzle discipline is so important. Never point a gun at something you are not willing to shoot. Obviously, this guy didn’t get the memo.

  • So, when are they going to arrest most of the Fedral and a good deal of the States’ government for an attempt to overthrow the United States? There is ample evidence. There are hundreds of hours of video archived at C-span showing members of both houses of Congress, from both parties, blatantly attempting to violate the supreme law of the land (The Constitution for the United States of Amrericea), not just talking about it.

  • In the last paragraph of Article I, Section 10: “No State shall………engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay”. Since they are in fact being invaded, and the federal government will not act, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and California have Constitutional authority to mobilize their militia, post them on the border, and shoot anyone who tries to cross. It is not a question of “naturalizatioln”.

Article IV, Section 4: “The United States……….shall protect each of them from invasion”. The federal government is once again derelict of its duty. Since this duty falls directly on the Commander in Chief, and he has failed to act, impeachment is in order, one of many such legitimate grounds.

  • She may very well end up in jail. You only have those rights you are willing to assert. The gubmint is constantly testing this. If you willingly submit to a TSA search, you have voluntarily surrendered your 4th amendment rights. If she surrenders her password, she has done likewise.

  • Steven Tyler never could sing. What’s the big suprise? The only Aerosmith song I ever liked is Dream On. He, and Mick Jagger have always amazed me with their undeserved, well marketed popularity.

  • While this young man did apparently disseminate sensitive material, why are we not calling for the head of the person responsible for cyber security that allowed a young disgruntled PFC access to this material? I think they should both be courtmartialed.

  • Perhaps if there were not so much stigma attached to citizens arming themselves, some one of the people nearby when the lady was shot may have been armed, and could have dropped the culprit before he did so much damage.
