  Bashir is just historically inaccurate here. He also leaves out any historical context in which priesthood can only be transfered based on your bloodline, as its still practiced in Judaism today. To say its racially charged is just ridiculous, and can be easily disproved.

  The real story is the 1978 proclamation that ALL worthy male members may now hold the priesthood. This has never been done before in the history of any Judeo-Christian faith…. ALL worthy males hold the priesthood in the LDS faith.

  Its also worth pointing out that one of the fastest growing areas of the LDS church is Africa.

It can also be considered sexual harassment, or indecent exposure to solicit unwanted pornographic images in public areas if a passer by happens to view sexual content unwillingly.
