  • Did Zimmerman shoot too quickly, or not out of fear for his life?

Obviously the writers does not know or understand Florida’s Stand your ground law. You have NO burden to prove you were in fear of your life. In fact the law allows you to return any form of bodily injury with deadly force. As the law is currently written, Zimmerman is completely covered by the stand your ground law. The burden to prove beyond a doubt who threw first punch is the states and right now, all evidence points to Martin doing the punching.

  • A_P, you aware a fool. Your 20% might have a bigger mouth but when it comes to standing up for something in the end, your 20% turns into the little girls they are. Just look at the OWS all big and tough raping girls, pooping on police cars, and smashing in windows. It the minute they are peppered sprayed, they cry like the babies they are! Good luck with that! I would never want a liberal watching my back!

  • Where I live, they dont bother to ask because more than half of the population in my county has a PCC and the ones who dont can still legally carry a fully loaded gun in an unlocked glove compartment. Asking someone here if there is a firearem in the vehicle is like asking if they have a motor in the vehicle.

I am guessing half the people here would laugh at you if you asked for their gun for a traffic stop and a lawyer would file a suit against your department the next day for violation of your rights. Here’s a fact you seem to forget, most law abiding citizen legally carrying a gun will say yes they have a firearm in the vehicle and those are not the ones you need to fear! The ones who deny it and you walk away clueless are the ones who will use it on you!

So asking for and taking the gun of law abiding citizens for a traffic stop is not only dangerous as it could go off reaching for it while someone is already nervous for a traffic stop, it is plain stupid!

  • I was thinking the same thing, why is the woman filming it instead of beating the mother! The one in the corner was just a child with I’m sure fear in his eyes! The sad part is, when it happens in this countr, the liberal wackos find an excuse for the mother like postpartum and give the child back after a few visits to a shrink.

  • Those batteries are bombs in waiting….

  • The envirowackos are trying to shut down some places in my county, not to include them of course, just the public.

  • Reminds me of what a wise man once said in reference to Pit Bulls, “You can also take a panther or Cheetah and raise them from birth and kitty box train them and they could make a great pet but would you want to take that chance?”

  • She has more of a following then the older than dirt Ron Paul! After 20 failed runs for president, ya think Ron Paul would get the hint…talk about BIMBO!

  • Its not going to matter in another 10 years anyway with the billions of GFL bulbs going into the land fills, the mercury will eventually make it to the water supply and the already high mercury content in fish will be too high to eat. Aother unintended consequence of the dumbazz libturds. No one disposes of those bulbs properly! Libturds are always worrying about lead, lead is not half as bad as mercury!

  • @dismayedvet, I think Catb meant Bill Nelson, he is my rep too and MUST GO!

Yes, I believe there was some underlining motivation for Cash for Clunkers. Although, I will never own a new car. Mostly because I am smart and have no need to spend money foolishly keeping up with the jones with a fancy new car. No need to buy a new car these days unless you like burning money.
