  Hey Zorro- reconcile Jesus’ words to the Pharisees in John 8 and Matthew 23. You too Mom. These were the same Jews who crucified the LORD, stoned Stephen, and beat Peter and had him thrown in prison. Jesus‘ 7 woes in Matt 23 and His proclamation of their father being the devil in John 8 sounds like he wasn’t “blessing” them does it? Oh yeah- they wanted to stone Him then and there for these pronouncements but were unable. They did eventually got the job done but as in Matt 23 ” Behold, your house in left unto you desolate”.

  @Maxjones- You write- just watch- the false prophet will probably be a charismatic Chriistian. How about the false prophet being a Jew and proclaimed by them as their “Messiah”? Have you done any research into what the Jews are looking for in their Messiah? They certainly don;t believe Yahushua of Nazareth is their Messiah so they’re still waiting. Oh wait- after the “secret” rapture of the church 144,000 of them will convert the world during the tribulation. What a hoax the majority of mainstream Christians have swallowed. What if the “secret” rapture does not happen and we have a Messiah figure appear? Like the Mahdi or Maitreya or “the Jewish” Messiah? What then? Study Matthew 23 & 24 and then apply to Revelation.   JQCitizen- You left off the most important part of Jesus’ lament over the House of Israel- “ Behold your house is left unto you desolate”. I am in Smackdown’s camp on this issue. I challenge all you good Christian Blazers to research the Babylonian Talmud and how they feel about Jesus. Incidentially, the Jews hold the Talmud above the Torah or Old Testament.

  Mr. Gervais’ display of blasphemy makes not one iota of difference to me and will not affect my life whatsoever. God is gracious and gives us all life and free will. “Let each be fully convinced in his own mind.” We as Christians know not all will be saved. “All that the Father has given me are mine” and we who are His know His voice. There is no need to be vexed over this- there is nothing knew under the sun.
