  • Did a 13 year old write this story? Really blaze? Try using a spell check or edit your posts prior to posting them, it only makes you look bad.

  • As much as you “old timer” vets think you have it figured out, let me tell you. As a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATOR for the U.S. Army, I ran into this situation MANY times. When a reservist and/or national guard soldier committed a crime (on or off base is irrelevant except to determine if the soldier would be charged at the state or federal level, depending on if the base has concurrent jurisdiction with the state or not). If a Reservist and/or national guard soldier is NOT on title 10 status (currently being paid by DFAS and on some sort of orders) then that soldier is considered a CIVILIAN!!!! THEREFORE U.C.M.J. does NOT apply! which would mean this soldier technically committed no crime. NO I do not agree with his actions.

    Why?

  • @ Scarebear.

    Psalm 150
    1 Praise the LORD.[a]

    Praise God in his sanctuary;
    praise him in his mighty heavens.
    2 Praise him for his acts of power;
    praise him for his surpassing greatness.
    3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
    praise him with the harp and lyre,
    4 praise him with timbrel and dancing,
    praise him with the strings and pipe,
    5 praise him with the clash of cymbals,
    praise him with resounding cymbals.

    6 Let everything that has breath praise the LORD.

    See, we can all take sections of bible out of context.

  • God bless this man and his family.

    1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
    will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
    2 I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
    my God, in whom I trust.”

    3 Surely he will save you
    from the fowler’s snare
    and from the deadly pestilence.
    4 He will cover you with his feathers,
    and under his wings you will find refuge;
    his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
    5 You will not fear the terror of night,
    nor the arrow that flies by day,
    6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
    nor the plague that destroys at midday.
    7 A thousand may fall at your side,
    ten thousand at your right hand,
    but it will not come near you.
    8 You will only observe with your eyes
    and see the punishment of the wicked.

    9 If you say, “The LORD is my refuge,”
    and you make the Most High your dwelling,
    10 no harm will overtake you,
    no disaster will come near your tent.
    11 For he will command his angels concerning you
    to guard you in all your ways;
    12 they will lift you up in their hands,
    so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
    13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
    you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

    14 “Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him;
    I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
    15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
    I will be with him in trouble,
    I will del

  • I’m ready and waiting! Your move.

  • Don’t lose faith, I am a 24 year old, just recently HONORABLY discharged after serving 5 years in the United States Army, and I can assure you that there is a whole slough of us in the younger generation that will fight these college kids at every turn if we have to. We WON’T just hand over America without a fight… I can promise you that.
