Santorum Blasts Paul on 9/11 Comments: Stop ‘Parroting Osama bin Laden’
September 12, 2011 at 11:21pm
Ron paul was quoting what Bin Laden said was the reason for Al Qieda’s attacks against America. Why would Bin Laden bother to lie about why he attacked the U.S.?
Santorum Blasts Paul on 9/11 Comments: Stop ‘Parroting Osama bin Laden’
September 12, 2011 at 11:20pm
Santorum claimed at the beginning of the debate that he would be the one to speak the truth; but it is obvious he refuses to see the truth in America’s role in creating hatred towards us. Ron Paul is the one speaking the real truth, contrary to what The Blaze claims. The self-righteousness has to end.
Does Ron Paul Want to Pull Plug on A/C for Troops in Afghanistan?
September 8, 2011 at 7:09pm
Its really a shame that you feel the way you do. People called him crazy when he predicted 9/11 3 years before it happened. Again when he predicted the housing bust. And the entire recession. The fact that you mock someone with such foresight should be an embarassment to this nation. He is far ahead of the majority of The Blaze readers. Get a clue people.
Does Ron Paul Want to Pull Plug on A/C for Troops in Afghanistan?

Do you deny that they are government employees? Plus, It is a typical nationalistic response that “they are protecting your freedoms!”. What about my freedom to purchase any gun I choose, or grow any plant I like? What about my freedom to not wear a seatbelt or to gamble in Texas? Give me a break. Our freedoms have been decreasing ever since these wars started (see Patriot Act). Please, respond with something meaningful next time besides cliches.

Ron Paul is the one who is restoring courage and blazing a trail of TRUTH. The Blaze is a joke; small government is always trumpeted unless its our troops. What is the military but an extension of government, and what are our troops but government employees? Besides, what Paul meant by his comment was that the troops should be brought home.

You’re exactly right. Its a shame that this site is called “a blaze of truth” or whatever, and they skew and slander Ron Paul like this. Its pitiful. He obviously wants to bring the troops home. This is what he means by this.
Matthews: Chilean Miners Would Be Dead if They Followed Tea Party Philosophy
October 13, 2010 at 8:43pm
I know this comment is in jest, but it is still extreme and hopefully not representative of the views here on the Blaze. I just want to encourage some class amongst the comments.
Matthews: Chilean Miners Would Be Dead if They Followed Tea Party Philosophy
October 13, 2010 at 8:40pm
Conservative/Tea Party philosophy is so simple that its astounding when I see these attempts to degrade the Tea Party. We believe in individualism, doing things for yourself, and working hard to be successful. It is not every man for himself, but every man for his own success, so that he can help others. We do not want to help people who are simply lazy, but help the ones who CANNOT help themselves. Emphasize the word “cannot” because it is so important. In the case of the miners, they could not help themselves. Government is useful within its bounds, and when it works with the community instead of against it, great things can occur.
