  IT CAN BE CONCLUDED THAT OUR FORE FATHERS BELIEVED IN A CREATOR WROTE THAT THEY DID IN 1776 AND THEN SUBSEQUENTLY WROTE THE US CONSTITUTION.

  FAST FOWARD TO 2011: NOW WE HAVE A BUNCH OF ATHEISTS RUNNING AROUND LIKE LITTLE ANTICHRISTS TRYING TO UNDERMINE THE COMMON AND GENERAL WELFARE and THE FREEDOM OF RELIGION OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE who have established cities, states and communities. Those establishments have the same rights to display their religion as the people do.
  The federal government keeps AND DISPLAYS RELIGIOUS SYMBOLS AT ARLINGTON CEMETARY AS WELL IT SHOULD.

  US Constitution Ammendment I :
  Congress shall make no law RESPECTING AN ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF; OR ABRIDGING THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH,OR OF THE PRESS, OR THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES.

  FURTHER MORE: The 1st paragraph of the Constitution States: …PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE … SECURE THE BLESSINGS OF LIBERTY TO OURSELVES… AND OUR POSTERITY.

  For those who who do not have a full understanding of the English language those words mean that citizens or the people of the United States have the freedom to talk about write about , display, promote Their religion. That the congress shall pass no law for or against establishment of religion.
  IT DOES NOT SAY THE BRANCHES OF THE US GOVERNMENT OR TOWNS OR STATES CANNOT DISPLAY SYMBOLS OF RELIGION.
  In addition Article 1 sec. 1 assigns legislation to the Congress .
  article 3 sec. 2 … the supreme court shall have appellate juristiction UNDER SUCH REGULATIONS AS THE CONGRESS SHALL MAKE.
  SO FOR ALL INTENTS AND PUPOSES : THE SUPREME COURT CANNOT PASS ANY LAWS. THAT IS CONGRESSES JOB. IF THE SUPREME COURT CANNOT NO OTHER COURT CAN EITHER.
