  Forget the ridiculous statements by this ignorant, fool of a teacher. There is total chaos in this classroom. The language she allows and uses is unforgivable. There must be six conversations going on at the same time. She clearly has no control of her students and there is no learning taking place. She should be fired for incompetence.

  Cardinal George compared the GBLT to the KKK because both groups violently protest against the Church. The Church has always been hated by groups who promulgate lies. Communists, Nazis, KKK members, and the GBLT all promulgate lies and cannot stand in the light of the truth. The Church is the protector of truth and therefore they hate her. Same sex couples will never be married because marriage is a union of two people, one male, one female, in body and spirit that can potentially give new life. The Church will never change its teaching on this and the GBLT who so desperately want to normalize their perversions will never achieve moral approval. The Church responds to the attacks of the GBLT with love calling on them to reform for the sake of the salvation of their souls. When doctors and nurses shunned people with aids, it was the Catholic Church that provided the care. Cardinal O’Conner, himself, treated the sick and dying. He called on the nuns who were founded by Mother Theresa to open a home for the aids stricken which still exists today. The GBLT calls the Church hateful because it will not sanction the homosexual act. Even the Church cannot call that which is inherently evil good. It is beyond her power. So the GBLT will continue to hate the Church. It is interesting that a group like the GBLT wants approval from the Church. Is it because their own consciences are bothering them?

  I am sorry that the writer is so cynical. I believe that if Ronald Reagan had a majority in Congress he would have dismantled many departments. You are right about Bush and Romney is the same kind of politician. I do believe that Perry, Cain, Bachman and Gringrich are all conservative politicians who would love to cut the federal government to the bone. If we can support the most conservative candidate and work to elect more conservatives to the House and Senate we could turn this country around. Don’t give up. Get to work. We owe it to our ancestors and our grandchildren.
