  Gay marriage right are not just about GAYS. If gays get everything a heterosexual couple get then where does it stop? What about plural marriages? Do they get all the rights that a Heterosexual couple get? the list goes on and on. That is why there is such a push back about this issue. Just my take.

  George Washington was actually born on US Soil. So has every president of the United States. Even if you do not believe Obama was he was still born to a US Citizen (his mom) with then makes him a US Citizen. You can look-up the law if you don’t believe me.

  @AmericanSoldier, you talk about serving your country, what unit did you serve with, where were you stationed, what is your MOS?

  I know personally, I served with 101st Airborne and was an 11BB4. I have also been all of this world serving my country and I am very proud of that.

  Do I think that all Muslims are terrorists; NO, but their are the ones that wish to do all Americans harm no matter what religion you are. This is a fact! Stop making blanket statements that you do not even back up without facts. When you actually have some facts then come back and post something with some true meaning.

  Yet another congressmen that does not think that serving in our military is not public service. I personally think they should have to serve in our military before you can hold a public office. This would stop these individuals from thinking that the military is not a public service. Would also make them think twice before they send our young men and women in to harms way.

  The fact that people do not know about the American Flag is just another thing that is wrong with our country. I suggest that our schools call their local VFW post to learn about the American Flag. They will teach anyone about it. It is our responsibility as citizens of the United States to know about our national symbols like the Flag, Bold Eagle, etc…

  Agreed, Juan Williams at least has his own brain and does use it. You may not always agree with him, but at least he does give a different point a view. When I do agree with him he is normally hitting the nail on the head.
