  Black face was used to “imitate” black people, not necessarliy to make fun of them.
  (African Americans can be white in color or brown or even yellow. African-American is a term used to denote where you were born BEFORE coming to America. ie Italian-American, Irish-American etc.)

  I read a letter from someone in Mich who explained that Muslims don’t want to assimilate into American culture and society. Well I say “Good bye”,leave,go home. This is “the great melting pot”. America is great for all the cultures melting together into one. Don’t speak English, good-bye. Don’t like our Constitution, good-bye. Don’t like our culture, good-bye. Since you’re not adding anything to America you need not take or enjoy our America. GOOD-BYE
