  • Would like to know where his voice was when the deficit was heading to 15 trillion? I am not sure why the Republicans are running away from the ‘No” vote they passed on payroll tax. With Obama and his so called everyday people in attendance…. I would like to know what those everyday people in attendance make hourly and if they are not working, what they made before they were layed off. It is shere stupidity to think that a 2 month fix is the gold pot at the end of the rainbow. Why not hammer out the deal and get it done with. Pushing it off is exactly why nothing is being done. The Senate needs to read their job duties again and recognize that they need to stop passing everything off for another time and maybe, just maybe, get a balanced budget together.

  • The Republicans need to come up with a slogan to respond to the “We Can’t Wait” theme we keep hearing. What about using the Hope and Change or Get it Right in 2012, or White House has become the Wrong House…

  • This is such a disgrace and only in America can idiots voice their opinions and get away with it. The idea that the downgrade is being called a “Tea Party Downgrade” is proof of this. What about it being called “The Democratic Disgrace” ? The first time this country has been downgraded is with a Democratic President and a Democratic Senate. Then to call people who believe that this country has a spending problem, terrorist. I have an issue –big issue with this. And last but not least in this interview, which I say with a smirk, because Amandapore certainly skews her agenda, is to blame it on the Constitution and to hold Europes way to govern as the shrine is laughable as we see each one of those countries taking a dive. Stop the spending, bring back the Made in The USA, Jobs, our borders, the illegals and such need to be addressed… All this other name calling and hot air speaking is good for them all to be a room and listen to each other. Let the rest of us gather and come up with solutions.

  • I am thinking things are really bad when the Dems praise Ronald Reagan.

  • How about while doing that you concentrate on the 51 per cent of people who are paying nothing at all as well?

  • So, Is Anyone Actually Happy With the Debt Deal?

This is a step to the many tiers of steps that will need to be placed to get this country back on track. Now the people need to stay informed, stay in focus on the future of this country, and be active in how this all moves forward. I am particularly interested in knowing how the politicians who spent 2 plus years on the health bill that this country cannot afford instead of the focusing on the economy, jobs and the deficit feel about spending that time the way they did. I also think that if the taxes are to be fair, and lets face it, there will be a tax increase, that the taxes are for everyone including those who pay nothing now. I also think that those who have assets of 1 million plus, or receive a pension of 100,000 or more a year should not be collecting social security and should be paying more for their Medicare. If the politicians take the politics out of their decisions there can be realistic and fair decisions made to reduce the spending, waste and fraud.

  • House Votes on GOP Debt Bill, Boehner Hopeful

I would hope that they can get this passed so this matter can move on. This can be fought thru this year and into the next for cuts in spending. It does not all have to be done in one vote. It took allot of votes to get us here… They need to move this forward… Throwing the country further under the bus as the Dems have done is not the solution. It then becomes the problem.

  • The terror hearing should have been called when the health care bill was being pushed. I would also like a reporter to ask the ones that voted for the health care plan on how they feel on devoting 2 plus years on that instead of tbe economy, deficit and jobs?

  • Is this not the guy who divorced recently from a wife who gave him one of her kidneys? I would also say to take all the lillegals with him.

I am always constantly amazed how the Dems, including Pres. does not take any responsibility for the shape of this country. I am wondering if in hindsight would they have still wasted almost two years on the healthcare bill while the economy was crashing. I wish someone in the news would ask the President and the Dems this question. Should be a very interesting response.
