  Why would you want to isolate some of your market? Republican dollars spend the same as Democratic. This is not smart business sense. The market publics for a mini-storage can’t be big enough to cut down potential clients by half.

  It it true the Eastern delta of Arkansas (and Mississippi) is among the poorest in America. If you drive through some of the towns there, you’ll see where movie makers will film settings in the 30s and 40s. It looks that poor. There is simply no industry, a poorly educated workforce, and no center for commerce. If you want to work for a true salary, leave Arkansas. Health insurance is difficult to attain for the same reason, no good private jobs. Much stands in the way of progress for the people of Arkansas. Many would be surprised at the absolute idiocy of the state legislature. And there is corruption in the local governments and police forces. On the flip side, people have work (if they want), and they have a great pride in their state. Ironically, Northwest Arkansas is home to a little known business, Walmart, and houses one of the greatest centers of wealth in the world.
