  What the hell are you all whining about?!? Who are you people? What is this guy’s crime? Posting something on the internet? Maybe ‘accomplice to X’? What are you going to charge him with as a foreign national? Where is your sense of justice, of balance? Recalibrate your stance on this, because if you love justice, than this is not the human travisty of free speech you are making it out to be. I figured our government trying to make up ex-post-facto laws to get him, and our DOJ head salivating over the thought of if, would get your guys attention more that some guy exposing how corrupt and incompitent this adminstration has been working with our allies. Geez, this is only the perfect pretext for the government to hear your ‘discontent’ and come ‘protect’ you from future incidents. Wake up already . . .

  Because if the military can‘t discriminate on lifestyles that people can’t change, then how is it then lawful to discriminate against someone with a heart condition. That slope is too slippery to start down. We have a clause for discharging people from the military: “Incompatible with military life”. How are we to maintain our force if everyone has the RIGHT to joint the military? THIS IS A PRIVILEDGE. WE ARE AT WAR. LEAVE US ALONE TO DO OUR JOB! This is an issue for peace time, not when everyone is trying to make us do everything at once. Just like businessman can choose who to employ (until some racists abused that right and it was stolen), WE have the RIGHT to decide who is in our service, you DON’T have a right to serve . . .

  Why are we still having this argument? Judicial branch: You don’t have the authority! JUDICIAL REVIEW IS NOT A CONSTITUTIONAL POWER! Freeborne is right. Let the legislature do its job.
