  I am still confused as to why this is a great deal? The worst part seems to be the 13month unemployment benefits extension-seriously- these people will never get out and get a job. Make them do SOMETHING to earn the benefits!
  How about after the first 26 weeks, they only get 75% of the benefits, then after the next 13 weeks, down to 50%, and so on…… maybe they will get the hint?
