@POPPOPSCHELL: Do you practice being stupid in front of a mirror? Where have you found hate in there? “In Reason We Trust” is too hateful for you? Or is “Sleep in on Sundays” just too much for your precious feelings? If you’re going to live in a liberal society, learn to tolerate others. There is nothing hateful about these ads (something that cannot be said for, oh, I don’t know, maybe the concept of hell that is so ever-present in the main three death cults of the desert).

Republican party ought to embrace fiscal conservatism and leave religion out of politics. I’m afraid that is the only way the party will stay relevant in a more irreligious America of the near future.
Mushing together Christianity and capitalism is detrimental to those of us who support the latter and are indifferent to the former. Free enterprise won‘t get good reputation if those who support it can’t use logic and reason to defend even their religious faith (something that can easily be used to support the market system).
