  I don’t get how people are still getting fired up about this and find the need to make Jefferson out as a miraculously perfect man. Thomas Jefferson was a Deist and had a long-lasting relationship with a slave. SO WHAT. He’s better than most people alive today let alone by the loose standards in the 1700s.

  Yo people make me sick. Pedophiles are the worst kind of people on the planet and knowingly allowing one to take advantage of innocent children is just as bad. No honorable man would stand by and let this mess happen. Any real man would knock Sanduskys teeth out because this is the one type of incident where violence is well deserved. How would you feel if your child was raped because this a-hole was more concerned about his school legacy than stopping this most heinous crime?

  Why do people think its okay for the government to prop up jobs in the military industry yet everything else brings cries of socialism? This stuff isn’t securing our border. It isn’t helping us find home grown terror cells. It isn’t making killing extremists any easier, although admittedly I guess since the planes faster it will get there a minute or two faster (hooray worth the money!).The Osprey alone had its budget balloon to over 200%. Fiscal conservatives should be sickened by the immense waste going on here. No one can question the technological superiority but the price gouging is part of the reason we have a 15 trillion dollar debt and patriotism for how awesome the military is is blinding people to how much they are screwing us. Besides, I’d rather see us order one less plane and fund more CIA operations and start taking out bastards like those motorcyclists did to that Iranian Scientist.

  Do you know how the moon was formed? Another planet “Theia” formed in the accretion disc extremely close to our orbit and crashed into the early Earth. The same research you speak of says that these collisions are very common. This one just happened to occur at the right distance from the sun and at the right angle to form our moon. Far from impossible, its improbable, but so are most events in the universe but the sheer size of it makes any possible event likely to be occurring somewhere. The proclamation that nowhere else in the universe is there a moon is silly. We can barely see other planets, most are found indirectly and not observed directly. So if we cant even zoom in on planets how can u claim those planets don’t have moons? The counter balance of the moon has nothing to do with the earths life cycle. The wobble of the earths spin without the moon would change over 100s of thousands of years, substantially long enough for life to adjust to it :if an ice age every few 10 thousand years doesn‘t wipe out the life cycle this wouldn’t. Nor are four seasons necessary for life , have you heard of the equator?

  Sparky please tell me you’re not simple enough to think that bacteria are all the same. There are millions of species of them. Saying something is still bacteria is like saying “Oh they’re still mammals arent they” and I‘m hoping you’re wise enough to notice there are differences from one mammal to another. Effectiveness, has nothing to do with it being controlled. The use of DDT continued in several countries such as India,Sri Lanka, Turkey, and Central America where over time for some wacky reason it stopped working as well so they had to change to another chemical. Just to clarify the use was NOT BANNED THERE as it was in the U.S. :it simply NO LONGER killed mosquitoes as well. Second of all I made NO mention of DDTs health hazards . You’re simply trying to discredit me my portraying me as one of those DDT Scare people which I am not. Most of DDTs health hazards against humans were ******** so you‘re making a sarcastic response to a media scare I don’t even subscribe to.

  Evolution isn’t an attempt to deny God. Science makes God even greater: just look at how amazing the universe is. God put all this into motion so that from a small(in volume) bundle of matter billions of planets, stars and galaxies were formed. The problem people have with evolution is that it does not gel with the notion that we are Gods special creation:its all about arrogance. To think that you somehow are more important than all the other amazing things that God created.

  REALLY Akairey? So explain why there is drug resistant bacteria? Explain why DDT doesn’t work as well anymore? Did all the bacteria chant ” I don’t want to die anymore” and magically things that killed them in the past doesn’t anymore?
