  I would not judge this situation without knowing more facts.It is hard to say whether this was necessary with this child, however I have worked with kids that young that required 3-4 adults to contain physically for more than an hour. Sometimes several hours or repeatedly all day. Handcuffs would have been safer for child and adult. She should never have been given the Coke. That is a reward for outrageous behavior. Water/ milk and something simple to eat, such as a peanut butter sandwich.

  I am not happy about that decision, however, if it were pushed through would we be dealing with Muslims wanting to put one of their prayers on the Twin Towers memorial.
  I would prefer donating money to a memorial that we can control. Perhaps a private park for the politically incorrect.

  I could be wrong but I think the Constitution says “freedom of religion” not freedom from religion.
  But believers can be gracious and kind to those whose eternity is going to unpleasant.
  I think believers should put their money where there mouth is. Buy private property and put things upon it that honor God.

  That is pretty creepy. I would want to search the judges office and home computer and closets and under the bed. Having worked with abused kids and sex offenders that sets me alarm bells flashing.
