  He’s the same arrogant jerk he was when he worked at ESPN. Our paths crossed several times as we both frequented the same restaurant “The White Birch Inn” in Bristol Ct. (now gone as ESPN bought them out to expand their empire).
  He’ll never change. He is who he is.
  He’d go there to pick up his lunch and complain that his food was “sitting there getting cold” when he arrived during one visit. Then he‘d complain that his food wasn’t “ready when I get here” the next visit. As the staff (chef included) tried to please him by trying to time his arrival PERFECTLY.
  You see, he wanted his food to be cooked and plated as he walked into the door. He’d berate the poor girl at the counter if it was ready for him, and also if it wasn’t. There was NO reasoning with him.
  A total *****.
  On one occasion the girl was in tears as he yelled at her, making sure that the whole dining room heard him.

  to those making comments that the 2nd cop fired 5 shots at the perp after he was down… WATCH the video, the perp’s head can be seen above the parked car… meaning that the 1st 5 shots did NOT bring him down, be he does go down when the 2nd 5 shots are fired.

  The “metal bar” he was wielding appears to be a pipe bender, the kind used to bend galvanized conduit, or electrical pipe. That’s the part on the end that makes it resemble a pick-axe.
  The perp is clearly cocking back his arms, loading-up for a swing in the direction of the officer to his left.
  What the hell did he expect would happen?

  I’ve never seen anyone with so many photos published with them gazing up into the distance as if in Pious reflection a-la Mussolini.
  How absolutely fake these poses are. He even performs the same chin-high poses while reading from his teleprompter – gaze alternating left and right at precise 45 degree angles.
