  • Another reason New Yorkers should fight for easier to obtain
concealed carry. I wonder how far that guy would have gotten starting down the barrel a Taurus Judge.

  • Canon Fodder for the unions and progressives.

    My advice to the 99%

    1.) Get a job
    2.) Work hard
3.) Manage your money and live within your means.

  • I just don’t get locking firearms up in safes… are you really going to have time to go to the safe, unlock it, load the weapon and then rack a round in the chamber? I prefer mine close at hand locked and loaded.

  • You know… If border agents keep getting prosecuted it is going to be hard to find individuals willing to take the risk and be border agents.

  • I am so glad that her grandchildren will still be able to enjoy her company! Way to go! If you are going to go out… at least do it with your “boots on”. There were five individuals over 60 in my concealed carry class- good for them.
There is literally a gun in every room in my house, and my wife has fired, reloaded and cleared malfunctions in every one. There are nights when I am very late getting home from work and I feel better knowing she is well protected. I think she would give any criminal a nasty surprise if they persisted. Our trusty yellow lab gives us the heads up when anyone is in the yard- even though she would never hurt anyone. I recommend a good dog for anyone who is alone. Companionship and a burglar alarm with keen hearing!

  • This if it is true, bothers me. Should we call the police and report people who look “suspicious” to us? What is the definition of suspicious? Would you report someone for wearing a turban or burka in a non Muslim community? How about a scary looking man dressed like a biker with a beard? Did he have a permit?
I have carried a hand gun every day legally with a permit as a private citizen for the past four years. No one has been hurt and my wife feels safe when we are out in public. If we are in a situation where people are getting hurt badly it is within my power to stop it right there without waiting for the police to show up and draw chalk lines around the dead.
I myself carry a Taurus Judge, 45 long colt with “critical defense” rounds in it. Large, evil scary things meant to make liberals tremble with the mere mention of them. Every gun related murder is reported by the media, but where are the reports of lives saved by guns? Here are the facts from The GOA in America.

-Guns are used 2.5 million times a year.

-Firearms are used 80 more times to save lives than take them

-Citizens shoot and kill twice as many criminals than police.1,527 opposed to 606 by police last year. The error rate for civilians is 2% as opposed to 11% by the police. Civilians kill less innocents.

-States that passed concealed carry laws reduced murder by 8.5%, rape by 5% and assault by 7%.

-200,000 women each year fend off sexual abuse with a firearm.

  • There you go New York- how do you feel about being protected by the police? I am fortunate enough to live in a state where I can conceal carry and protect myself and the people around me.

  • I wonder if he will qualify for two years of unemployment?

  • We prosecute our navy seals for punching a known terrorist in the nose, but many of you think it is ok to beat a neutralized threat until their head caves in…. just sayin’

  • I think if I had been there and the man would not stop beating the women… he would have gotten a “double tap” center mass to convince him to stop. Defending yourself is different than being just plain brutal and out of control.
