  • The First Amendment
Amendment 1 – Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the
free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of
the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of
    grievances.

Having a cross and memorial has no bearing on govt establishing a religion. This is a memorial to passed heroes. Liberal activist judges and extremists make this a “separation of religion and state” issue. You are offended by a cross? I am offended by your attempts to eliminate from all “State” grounds. This is not Federal Land and is not promoted by the Federal Govt. Nothing in the Constitution says that a State Government can not endorse Moral and Ethical Codes and representative artifacts of such. Take your marbles and go home. This is all about money and control. If you do not believe.. then the rediculousness of religion should only amuse you.. Yet, you fight any indication of belief. I smile as you amuse me. It surely seems that you are afraid you are wrong and wish to eliminate all reference to your fears. Hmmm.. Taking away all religious artifacts will never change your fear of being wrong.. (smile)

  • ohh, do I agree. O needs to have violence in the streets and so many are tired of the “occupiers” disruptions and delusionsal rantings. They are being supported and manipulated by the socialistic endeaors of SEIU, Unions, even being supported by liberal leftist professors. It is such a travesty, but it will come to what they want.. I don’t think they will like the result of their “freedom” chants. Don’t they know the govt has no money. For anyone to get money from the govt, it has to get it from someone.. This will escelate. Still, I hope we get to the elections.

  • This is obviously bias toward communism. O and his minion thugs have the full intent to take over the US and anyone in his way will be determined to be a belligerent. Watch the fall of the US if he has another term. Watch the ows become more violent. Watch the troops come home from Afganistan expand the National Guard. Watch your friends, your companions against govt, against what is going on be detained.. Watch door to door to confiscate your weapons materialize. watch

  • Think of the contolling computer chips being made in China.. Who or what will attack who or what?

  • Rose-Ellen, go live in Youngstown, Ohio.

  • I have been following this since before O was elected. Yes. there is a great possiblility of martial law. The troops coming back from Afganistan are expanding the National Guard. Fema camps are being revitalized and expanded to handle multitude of people. NDAA.. OWS getting more violent and see what happens during the summer. You can find movement of troops and military armament toward major areas. There has been Homeland Security, Swat Team, Police coordinated exercises from California to Miami. If O believes he will not be re-elected.. Your decision is yours how you will prepare. If you are wrong… like Beck says.. you will have extra food. If not.. you are prepared to survive for a few months.

  • I was wondering when someone who had been through a hurricane posted. I have too. Several. Within 1 day, water and canned goods will be gone from grocery stores. This is just on the warnings of a hurricane. Batteries will be gone. If you have never been through even just a few days, much less a month without electricity.. you have no idea what is in store for you….none. I have canned goods for about 3 months… Still trying to put a hand well on my property. I can do without electricity, but can’t do without water.

  • You are more than right!

  • Birth control is a personal decision. It is not something that the federal govt should be involved at all! Personal decisions are to be funded by the decision maker. If a woman wishes to take birth control measures, they should pay for it personally, not make me pay for their decision making. If they can not affort birth control measures, then they must take personal responsibility for their lack of decision making processes if they become pregnant. Forcing religious entities to supply birth control against their reiigious beliefs is against the constitution. Supplying free birth control is not constitutional. This is a mandate that all tax payers must pay for the preferential decisions made by woman. I vehemently disagree with my taxes paying for descretionary services.

  • Juan is trying awfully hard to save face. I liked him last year, but since coming to Fox, he has been rampantly rediculous with his attempts to hold his own on the liberal bias. Perhaps his hero is Alan Colmes… hahahahahahahhaahah
