  I don’t remember when this BS started but gauging everything over ten years is pure political chicanery. That’s 35 million a year. Congress spends more than that every minute of the day. You tell me they can’t find a single program to cut out of this massive government? And I’m sick of hearing every election cycle how someone is going to weed out the waste fraud and abuse fro m the budgets. I‘ve been waiting 35 years and haven’t seen it happen yet. This entire roster in Congress needs to go to get people serious about cutting the budget.

  You mean higher education is politically correct? I’m shocked. Having worked in a university administration for ten years I know only too well. If Congress wants to investigate something other than steroids in baseball they can start anywhere in higher ed. It is an entirely corrupt system, of falsification of information when getting grants from the government, manipulating students to make them spend far more than they should, do not hold tenured faculty accountable, and the shell games they play with the money and endowments are legend. I may write a book.
