  @rREDDAWN2012 FLASH: do you think a package beside the car was put there by the post office? ILLINOIS is the land of stupid regulations that are ineffectual. Those who will fill out forms for security are destined to fill out forms without security. Only law abiding citizens will fill out the forms.

  HOAs are not optional in many cities now. The city fathers want to abdicate any responsibility to deal with homeowners who neglect property, so they require all new developments to have HOAs. This is the case in Glendale AZ, and I suspect most of the Phoenix suburbs.

  Why does the Blaze deserve any criticism at all? They posted this story the same as other stories and I don’t find any editorial blessing on the decision of judges. I think it is wise that the Blaze covers this news just as much as a lesbian homecoming king, and without coloring it. Certainly people want to read news items that are interesting, and to see how others react. Frequently I see criticism imply that the Blaze brought up unworthy news, but go look at Yahoo and MSN sites to see the fluff they report as highlights or bizarre or unusual.

  Stop thinking about government creating jobs. Stop thinking about government improving education. Dismantle the DOE and send the education funds back to the states. The states can create goals and achievement tests and standards without all the PC BS that will get added into it by Washington lifetime bureaucrats. They can create nationally accepted standards without federal oversight. Congress should make laws to eliminate income taxes in favor of a VAT, adoptable by each state on the sole condition that is replaces all taxes with a revenue sharing formula — including Social Security taxes and Medicare/Medicaid funds. Congress needs to MAN UP and get on with really important legislation.

  Lincoln had to deal with such debater tricks that he said “how many feet would a sheep have if you called the tail a foot?” And the idiots like Gore would say five. Lincoln responded that it does not matter what you call the tail, it is still a tail. When Al Gore takes the position that he’s defending a civil right for a planet he is just plain stupid and vain. You can easily disprove global warming by greeen house gases solely by proving the earth is exotermic — releases more heat than it gains. Gains in heat would require a constant increasing surface temperature since the core is hotter and the new heat will not migrate there — ever feel a hot car door handle and think that your hand warmed it up even more? No, and that‘s why new heat could not warm the center of the earth where it’s even hotter. Also, here in AZ we are NOT SETTING RECORDS. And BTW this would be a SOLAR MAX year now. Check the temperature at your house about 3AM and at 4AM and just before sunrise. See if it stopped dropping. The truth is that when it stops dropping, then the heat from the core of the earth is providing a stasis — radiating out with no further drop. Since we can check this every morning and see very constant temperatures (not in inner city heat islands but out in the desert or on the farm) and it demonstrates we are not gaining energy into our atmosphere or on the earth surface. If you get to the point where you do not reach the stasis temperature by dawn then trouble ahe
