  You CANNOT use the “I forgot” excuse. If you are going to carry, you need to be aware of the rules for each state. There has been at least two incidents, this one and the head Tea Party guy a couple weeks ago. NY is not a carry conceal friendly place. Thugs & crooks can get away with it of course! Know the rules and make your own judgement call to carry or have a massive brain fart and have to endure the time and money it will cost these two people.
