  So if I break into your house but nobody gets hurt its ok? The man was doing 102 MPH while on the phone with his pregnant wife in the car. Not only did he put his wife and unborn childs life in danger he also put anyone else out on the roads life in danger. I know that in Cleveland at 4 in the afternoon on a Friday rush hour traffic is starting. though I wouldnt have written him a ticket he operated his vehicle in a reckless manner.

  We had this same thing in Cleveland. The explosives are so volatile they can explode if you move them so its safer to burn it.
