  Okay…so its okay for a female to swing at an officer…but the officer…while trying to make an arrest on another subject now has to let this female continue to swing at him. Ummmm…I don’t think so. All bets are off…Force towards an officer is met by equal or one level above…until the situation is under control.

  Not all police departments carry tasers…they are not all they are cracked up to be. In my experience the malfunction rate is around 50%.
