  I don’t see how. Eye witnesses are unreliable in the best of situations. Here we have some people changing stories when it was dark out, and they were looking at a distance?

  A good attorney will point out their inconsistencies and have them viewed as unreliable.

  Do those rock chuckers seem like “peaceful” muslims? Religion of peace, right?

  The concept is simple…don’t pick a fight with a bigger, stronger, better trainted opponent unless you expect to get your ass handed to you. When you get it handed to you, don’t cry foul. You started it.

  Since he can’t pay child support, Tennessee gets tough with deadbeat dads. Throw this guy in jail for not paying support. Take away his driver’s license for not paying support. One thing I know, is if the state seizes your car to pay support, you ain’t driving to screw some chick. And if you are in jail, the only action you are getting is from another dude…and he can’t get pregnant.
