  All management this nuclear plant need to be investigated for failing to put proper security chech measure in place. It doesn’t matter that this illegal was working for a contractor. Anyone working at plant needs to have a background check whether they work in the restricted area of not. 15yrs and Social Security Number wasn’t checked.
