  The decades of misuse and abuse of the “Commerce Clause” have seen most of the worst actions ever taken by the federal government, all the way from a poor farmer in Dayton who wasn’t allowd to grow enough wheat to feed his family, to Oblunder and pals trying to use this travesty to take over the entire country from Washington. It’s very simple, either we’re going to be a nation of laws, or not. We cannot allow these treasonous unamerican actions from the Oblunder and Bush administrations to stand. From the “Patriot Act” to Oblunder‘s latest ’executive order’ giving himself personal, unfettered control of everything in our country whenever he feels it’s necessary. These unconstitutional laws must NOT stand. That‘s why we have enumerated powers and that’s why we have the Tenth Amendment. Our Constitution MUST be the ultimate law of the land. NO MAN is above the law.

  Your comment should be posted on a very large billboard in every city in this country. His proposals are simply more of the same tax and spend BS. IF Hussein is relected, this country will end up as a mere shadow of its’ former self. He proposes to raise taxes to “lower the defecit by $1.5 trillion over ten years”?! He fails to mention that during that same ten year period, his plans call for over $15 trillion MORE in deficit spending. One more thing: If I hear one more person tell the open lie that unemployment is only 9.1%, I’m going to barf. Just because your unemployment checks run out, that doesn’t make you any less unemployed. The REAL unemployment rate is close to 19%, but the liars won’t admit the truth.

  Absolutely right. The government of Barack Hussein Obama wants every excuse possible to do away with private property rights, as well as freedom of association. That doesn’t fit in with their mantra of government control over everything. If you have a very large home on a large plot of land you can have a family reunion of 50 or 60 people and no one would complain. As the article stated, there was plenty of parking on their property, and there was no noise to complain about. It’s quite obvious that the person complaining did so because of the nature of the gathering, even though they couldn’t see or hear what was going on. If one were to complain about a Muslim gathering in the Republik of Kalifornia, they’d be laughed out of town, after the lawsuit against them was won. The ground zero mosque is a perfect example. They named it Cordoba because that’s the name of a huge mosque in Spain that also marked the site of an “Islamic Victory” over their enemies, i.e. every other religion on Earth. So-called “Social Justice” is code for discrimination against regular people, and special, protected rights for sick, twisted rapists and wife-beaters. These people regularly get away with rape, so-called “honor-killings” where they kill their own children, and many other barbaric acts.
