  I see that The Blaze (which I have read and respected since the first day) is continuing it’s collectivism ideas to put a bad light on Ron Paul. Picking out a group of his followers to judge the individual himself. Come on Glenn, you have preached against collectivism for the past 2.5 years (maybe even longer) but you are resorting to those tactics.

  It is because of you Glenn that I opened up to Ron Paul. I have listened to your radio show since before 9/11, but had gained an enormous amount of respect the past 2 years. Everything that you have taught about this country, and the greatness of it has led me to believe that Ron Paul stands for everything this country is supposed to be. No I don’t like his foreign policy on Iran, and his answer in the debate made me cringe as I was watching it, but really America needs to get back as close to the constitution as possible, and i don’t see a better person for the job.

  I think the Ron Paul supporters have grown to the size it has, because of Glenn Beck himself. All this saying “Ron Paul supporters are a bunch of druggies punks” doesn’t work any more. Maybe in the past this would hold water, but it has been Glenn’s teachings about what this country is supposed to be that have dramatically boosted the support for Ron Paul. Now I feel like Glenn is taking back what he has said. I stand with you Glenn on the spiritual stuff, but i think you are wrong and being a hypocrite when it comes to Ron Paul.

  So much energy going into making Ron Paul look bad…..pretty sad really….If you don‘t like his views that’s fine….state what you don’t like, but this really is silly.

  And for the blaze interview with this “supporter”, I must say it didn’t do much. The only thing gained from it…and it really wasn’t a gain because we already knew this much. There is no source, so there is no story here. And it brought the question to mind: What if Christianity (just playing devils advocate) were against the law, would that then discredit anyone who is Christian because they are clearly law breakers??

  I thought the blaze was about individualism, not collectivism. It seems The Blaze wants to play the same role with Ron Paul that the rest of the media is trying to play. Smear Paul based on his supporters….I think The Blaze is losing it principles here.

  Although i agree Iran is dangerous, and is an issue….what i care about more than that is Liberty, and freedom. None of the other candidates understand it as well as Paul.

  What we are doing with this issue is looking at the tip of this iceberg, and no where else. In reality I seriously doubt Dr. Paul would totally write it off as a non concern, that would be ridiculous, but he does have convictions, and ideas of liberty, and to skirt around questions regarding them would be fake and not standing up for his convictions.

  I would love to get to the idea of free trade, not being the policemen of the world, and minding our business. I agree with everything Dr. Paul says, but that can not and, would not be done over night….but we could take steps to get there.

  This is why the government should just get out of the marriage business period….This is stupid, regulations always bring up more issues once they are in place…..get out of the marriage business, both sides, are just making more out of this than it needs to be. I’m sorry…I don’t agree with gay marriage, but fighting for it and against it does nothing positive. If government would just but out, this issue would not even be one, and the gays would have nothing to fight for or use against anyone….it really is that simple…..every union should be a civil union in the governments eyes, and leave marriage to what it is supposed to be…two people committing themselves before God.
