  • “My only connection to the GOP is I’m a registered as a Republican.”

    -Mitt Romney, 2002.

  • There’s not that big of a difference between Obama and Romney. LOOK at Romney’s record! It’s horrific! Don‘t try and tell me that I’m “handing the election to Obama if I vote third party.” YOU’RE handing the country over to the progressives by continually voting for the lesser of two evils. Believe it or not, there are still are few of us out there that have morals. I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night knowing I voted for a closet progressive like Romney. If his past is any indication as to what lies ahead of us in the future, God help us.

  • You want to see what it’s like in the war zone we call South Chicago? Here’s a raw video of bullets flying and the powerless local police. If you go to South Chicago, you’re on your own! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6LghG-fq7k

  • I hate to say this but there are some places in America where the National Guard should be on temporary patrol in order to restore peace and the rule of law. These gangs aren’t afraid of cops. In fact, they often have bigger and better guns than the local police. Now if each neighborhood had a Humvee full of American soldiers with M16′s, I bet the crime rate would dive. Anyone ever been to South Chicago? Talk about a war zone! Those people in South Chicago live in their own world with their own rules/laws. Cops are no where to be seen.

  • This coming from a guy that thought RomneyCare was a great idea. Newt Gingrich is morally bankrupt in just about every way possible. His record and his personal life speaks for itself.

  • Don’t worry about me, I’ll just cling to my guns and religion. I’ll be okay.

  • A lot of their ancestors have been around far longer than ours, yet they still live like we did back in the 1600′s. A few hundred years have passed, yet they still live like barbarians in mud huts. I hate to say this but some groups of people aren’t capable of living in a modern world. Within 236 years, America basically went from the dark ages to being a superpower. The people of Africa? It‘s been a couple thousand years and they’re still playing with sticks.

  • I think some of you love Israel more than you love your own country. Some of you claim to be Christians, yet you’re constantly advocating going to war. If you’ve read the Bible, have attended church, and follow the Good Lord’s word, you wouldn’t be advocates for such an atrocious foreign policy. It‘s one thing to support a strong defense but it’s a whole different thing to say we should send our children to die in a war against a country that poses no real threat to us. You claim Iran will use a nuclear bomb against Israel or the United States. I find that to be completely outrageous. We faced down the Soviet Union which had 30,000 nuclear weapons pointed right at us but for some reason you‘re scared about a country that doesn’t even have an air force that might get one nuclear bomb? Israel itself has 300 nuclear weapons. Iran knows that by firing a weapon at either the United States or Israel they would basically be committing instant suicide. I think it’s time we start using some diplomacy and some common sense. And if you’re a Christian, start acting like it. Some of my fellow “Christians” here are sounding more and more like Muslim radicals. Get a grip and quit giving the rest of us REAL Christians a bad name.

  • I can‘t believe some of you actually think that we’re the only intelligent beings in the ENTIRE universe. The universe is tens of billions of years old but somehow we’re the only ones that ever came along? Yeah, right. I’m not saying that this particular incident has anything to do with intelligent life, I’m just replying to the various comments regarding it. When you have ex-astronauts, ex-ministers of defense, and high ranking military officers coming forward, it’s not that hard to believe that something could actually be out there. Just because you can‘t see something doesn’t mean it’s not real. “An official astronomer for the pope, Guy Consolmagno, told The Guardian that he would be willing to baptize space aliens, but “only if they asked” to be baptized. “Any entity – no matter how many tentacles it has – has a soul,” he told the British newspaper.” I agree with him.

  • Remembering Ron Paul’s nutty newsletters

    December 20, 2011 at 7:31pm

I’ve listened to hours upon hours of Ron Paul interviews and speeches, the man doesn’t talk this way. I’ve never heard him say anything remotely close to this. Just because his name‘s on a newsletter doesn’t mean he wrote it. I can put Obama’s name on a newsletter and do the same exact thing. Actions speak louder than words and Ron Paul‘s actions suggest that he’s nothing more than an American hero.
