  • I have every respect for God and religion, but you may want to watch the movie before you start believing it to be evil. It isn’t evil like the HARRY POTTER movies are. You should rethink what evil is. The Harry Potter movies are seductively satanic, the devil hiding behind magic and witchcraft. There are far more anti Christian movies out there that you never mentioned and the Exorcist is not one of them. You need to do some background work on these movies and save it for the really anti God movies that are on TV and at the theater.

  • I love the Twilight movies.
This latest one is great. It is pro-life, pro-mother,pro-baby.
Edward is like Tarzan, strong, handsome and in love, what’s not to like?
They waited for marriage-because of the man, not the woman-and love their families-that’s powerful.

The only thing about this movie is there should be caution for young children, because the honeymoon scene is sexually suggestive, but tasteful by today’s standards. Still, Edward is so concerned and sensitive about his woman, that really wins us ladies over.

As for those stories of people having seizures watching the movie, you should stay home and watch Disney movies only. What is up with these fake story of seizures? I don’t buy it. When the whole movie industry constantly puts out very realistic, sick and gratuitous violence, and they somehow come up with these “freakie” adults, who can’t take a rather mild, mild part in a fantasy movie?

I’ve seen how these Twilight movies have even had the effect of influencing young adults in not having sex before marriage, because Edward, had his reasons to wait till marriage to consummate their love, he made a powerful impression on them, which is good, but unfortunately probably wouldn’t last in the real world, not like parental teaching would.

So this movie again, may have another counter-cultural effect of saving babies from the high pressure that young women endure, forcing them to get an abortion…2 thumbs up for this movie!!

  • Are Cancer-Causing Chemicals in Your Baby’s Shampoo?

As always, as long as they can get away with it, they will merrily roll along. But this administration has no intention of listening to the valid complaints from its citizens. We’re dealing with people who believe in reducing the population of the world to 500 million.

True. These protesters don‘t know how it was really done in the 70’s. I didn’t agree with everything they protested back then, but sometimes they got the attention of the government and big polluting companies were found guilty and made to change. Not anymore. The FDA and all regulatory agencies seem to be working for the big industries that are poisoning us, by just denying it is happening, while European courts are banning some of the same chemicals.

Some comments say it’s just a little poison in products, but how many products do you use each day and drink and eat? It adds up. I know we can’t stop all the poisoning of America, but I think, those days when we protested something that directly affected us and we were listened to, are gone. Fend for yourself, make your own baby shampoo.

  • The FDA doesn’t care about the health of Americans. It allows the cosmetic companies to go unregulated. That means the billion dollar a year industry can do and say anything they want to sell their unhealthy chemical cocktails to men and women.
Laundry soap, body wash, shampoo, toothpaste, creams and lotions and food contain sodium laurel sulfate plus a hundred more, that contribute to endocrine disruption and cancer and allergies and all kinds of ailments that people are not aware of.
Europe, has one good thing going for it, they banned a few of these chemicals from their products. America is in it for the money and we are paying the price.
Stop and read what is in that bottle or tube before you buy it. Switch to natural, organic and healthy products. http://www.ewg.org/

  • Judging from all of the crap that these comments are full of, I thought I was reading MSNBC or CNN or worse the New York Times.
There’s a lot of ignorance about the Catholic Church and many knee-jerk reactions from far too many for me to stomach. Have at it. I’m outta here.

  • John Hagee is a freemason isn’t he?

  • Here come all the loony Catholic haters and bashers.

  • Not true.

  • Don’t believe media and Georgetown interpretations of what the Pontifical Council for Peace and Justice has said. Read it for yourself. CNS, catholic news service. Cardinal Lombardi says, “we can’t say this is what the Pope says.”
