SEC Sues Six Former Execs of Fannie and Freddie for Civil Fraud
December 16, 2011 at 4:04pm
I hate it when they only give HALF the story.
Here’s the rest
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-12-16/sec-sues-former-freddie-mac-chief-executive-richard-syron-in-new-york.html
“The lawsuits filed today in Manhattan federal court were followed by an SEC statement that it had entered into “non- prosecution agreements” with each company. Fannie Mae, the government-sponsored enterprise which issues almost half of all mortgage-backed securities, and Freddie Mac, the McLean, Virginia-based mortgage-finance company, had “agreed to accept responsibility” for their conduct, the SEC said.”
Yes – that’s right – these liberal, Democrat, friends of Obambi crooks will not spend one day in jail!!!!!
Million Dollar Question to Obama: ‘Do You Take Any Personal Responsibility For Your Administration Creating’ Current Economic Conditions?
December 15, 2011 at 10:51am
Lets look at the trends:
Beginning 2007 we start seeing the downward trend in job gains and increasing trend in job losses. 2009 there is a sharp spike in both. In 2010 we start seeing that reversal.
The unemployment rate is 4.4 on 12/06. Beginning Jan 07 the unemployment rate starts rising and it peaks at 10.1 in October 2009. It starts reversing slightly beginning Jan 2010 and has leveled off going in to 2011.
Wonder what caused these trends? Hmmm….I don’t know. Oh, that’s right – in 2007 the Democrats took control of the Congress and started implementing economy busting policies. Beginning 2009 they also had control of the Presidency when they had a SUPERMAJORITY and just forced all these bad policies on the American people (Obamacare, ARRA, Frank-Dodd, etc.). All this came to a screeching halt when? Oh – that’s right – when the GOP took over the House and the Senate lost its supermajority in the Senate.
So – with these trends – how is this bad economy the fault of Bush and the GOP? The trends clearly show that the job killing, economy killing, capitalism killing policies of those loony liberals is the problem and all the blame lies squarely on their shoulders.
This POTUS is the biggest POS liar!
Calif. Atheists Successfully Nudge Out ‘Offensive’ Nativity Display
December 9, 2011 at 9:52am
It appears that Jefferson quote may be faked:
“This quote has been presented in two different ways–one that it is a letter from Jefferson to a mysterious Dr. Wood, and other is that it is a letter from Jefferson to Peter Carr, but no dates or other source identification in either case. There are also two versions of the same quote–the version that appears above and a second version that includes a portion of some of Jefferson’s actual writings from his “Notes on Virginia. So far, nobody has been able to trace this quotation back to any actual primary source material. The trail of evidence begins and ends with Remsburg’s book. No other reference to this “Letter to Dr. Woods” can presently be located.
We suggest no version of this quote be used and that it be considered bogus.”

Remsburg was an atheist and his book came out in 1936 during the original progressive movement. Doesn’t surprise me at all that these people would create false quotes from our founders just to push their agenda.
‘Intimidation’: Atheists Demand That Texas Nativity Scene Be Torn Down Immediately
December 8, 2011 at 1:10pm
While LOCKED is technically correct – there is something missing from this story – is this Nativity scene exclusive? Are other displays unwelcomed? If other displays are welcomed, as permitted by Allegheny County V. ACLU, the fact that other non-Christians have not put up their own displays doesn’t mean that the Christian display has to come down. If ordinance allows secular and other religious displays – then this can stay. Others just need to add theirs. Sure would like to know that other piece.
