  • I have a 4th grader and there is no way these kids came up with this song. No way.

  • Here‘s a quote I’d put on a billboard: “I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn’t, than live my life as if there isn’t and die to find out there is.”
    ― Albert Camus

  • In reply to RABIADILUVIO: My son just joined boy scouts and on the application there is a place where you select gender: male or female. Not sure if there are any female Boy Scouts, but when I asked if my daughter could come to a Boy Scout event, I was told by the Pack Leader that Boy Scouts is a very family-friendly organization where parents and siblings (even female sibs) can join in the activities. BTW, my daughter is a Girl Scout but would probably prefer being a Boy Scout because they get to shoot bow and arrows, fire BB guns, whittle with pocket knives, etc. and the Girl Scout do mostly community service.

BTW, I don’t like how “politically correct” society has gotten and how the LGBT community forces its view and values on everyone else. I’m just commenting on what I know about scouting.

  • Obama looking for the responsible party is like OJ looking for the real killer (on the golf course, no less)!

  • Encouraging people to snitch on one another is just wrong. I can’t believe we have an administration that is doing it (actually, I do believe it, I just don’t believe we elected an administration that is doing this!) It reminds me of the Huffington Post’s Fundrace [http://fundrace.huffingtonpost.com] page:

FundRace makes it easy to search by name or address to see which candidates or political parties your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors are contributing to. Or you can see if your favorite celebrity is putting money where their mouth is, who America’s big companies are backing, and search contributions by location and occupation.

    Creepy!
