  I find it pretty terrifying that you need a book that is thousands of years old to tell you that murder and stealing is wrong.

  By the way, Hammurabi’s Code is where we get “Do not murder” and “Do not steal”. In fact, pretty much every law we‘ve adopted from the 10 commandments was actually adopted from Hammurabi’s code.

  No, it doesn’t. No where in the Constitution is their a mention of the Christian God, Jesus, or the Bible. Do not be ignorant simply because of your beliefs. This country was founded so that ANYONE could believe and worship however they please. ANYONE. It wasn’t founded so Chrisians could force their views and opinions on everyone else and simply tell any other groups to “Get out!”.

  This whole comments section is yet another example of the closed minded ignorance championed by far too many on the right.

  Jews are against the cross. Did you even read the article? I’d also like you to point out where in the Constitution it says the USofA is a “Judeo-Christian Nation”. News flash: It doesn’t.

  If you think Obama is a socialist you should ask a socialist what they think. They’ll laugh at you. He’s no more socialist than Bush, Clinton, or many others. People need to educate themselves on what socialism is instead of listening to O’Reilly.

  Rational man, why don’t you read the responses to this article. The gay hate
  is all around you. Homosexuality is a disease and should be classified in the DSM? Homosexuals have “sick perversions”? That’s exactly WWJD.

  How has a homosexual EVER effected you. What have they “pushed” on you? They are simply asking to be afforded the same rights as all other Americans.

  And here’s an FYI, murder has a grave effect on the victim. They die. Pedophilia has a great effect on others. A child gets raped. If two men low each other and live with one another it has no effect on any other person.

  If you’re going to tout yourself as rational you should exhibit some form of rational thought.
