  Of course Romney paid his full 10%. He’s REQUIRED to by his church in order to get a temple recommend and be allowed to go through the temple rituals. Learn something about Mormonism before you start comparing people’s religious habits.

  I’d like to see someone ask Romney if he believes that in eternity He will become the God of his own world, where polygamy will be restored, and he and his Harem will populate their new world with spirit babies sent to inhabit physical bodies. It’s a central part of their doctrine on eternity, and the American people deserve to know what the man’s faith is about. No one minded religious questions of Obama, Bush, or Clinton, etc. Why do we have to protect Mormons from what they openly believe? And why are some of them ashamed of it, and so willing to cry fowl?

  Just a little patience on Abraham’s part would have saved a lot of lives, yes. Sarah should have kicked his butt all over the Middle East for propagating the barbarians. The Bible says the Arabs will always be a thorn in our side….makes the end times look pretty darn creepy.

  Persian and Arab doesn’t necessarily mean Muslim. Remember that. I have a Persian friend that came here long ago to get a decent education as an architect and he loves this country as much as I do. He thinks Islam is evil.

  Actually, those rights are given to us by GOD, not any man. The troops defend those rights, but they do not give them. My husband is a disabled vet and I appreciate our troops as much as anyone, but they are not God.

  What I’m concerned about is the people like my father. He’s on a pension and Social Security…a fixed income, and he won’t receive the benefit of income tax breaks. But, he sure will have to pay the 9% national sales tax. There are a lot of people like that out there who are making ends meet on a fixed budget, and they’re going to be screwed under 999. Disabled people (truly disabled people who can’t work) will be hit this way too. Whatever happened to Conservatives being against a national sales tax?? Do you really think future Congresses and future presidents are going to keep that national sales tax at 9%. They’ll hit all of us in the pocketbook, not just the rich. Think ahead a bit, and think of our aging parents.
