  I think there are laws to maintain social order and enable justice. I don’t think the government should favor one group of people over another.

  Actually there is an answer, its the entrophy property of thermodynamics can allow energy to maximize in organism which will allow for genetic growth. This is a great video to educate you on your current inaccurate views of evolution. I hope you enjoy.
