  er, no, sorry, sounds like the odds are way too low that your system WILL soon cause an error of this magnitude. I would ask your boss what your company plans to do to enhance the safety of your medication dispensation system and use this story as an example. First off, ask your boss how you ensure that you’ve fulfilled the “five rights” for each prescription. If a blank stare is given in return, u don’t have much of a medication safety system [!!]
