  to answer your question……YES that was the intent….Corporations were NOT to be a SEPERATE Stake Holder in the new country

  the Constitution was LIMITED to 3 groups or Stake Holders

  The States…..which had formed their Own governments
  The People….the Citizens of the States
  The Federal Government……the Uniting Central Government

  and that is WHY the Founders did not include Corporations as a seperate Stake Holder in the Constitution….

  because People own and run corporations…

  and these people HAVE a RIGHT to NOT loose their livelyhood because they do not HAVE RIGHTS under the Constitution

  the intent of the Founders was that the Constitution serve as a contract between the States, The People, and the Federal Government

  NOT the States, The People, and the Federal Government and Corporations

  ANYONE who wants to DIVIDE corporations from ‘The People’ know NOTHING about the founding of America and the RIGHTS given to the PEOPLE by God….

  “We the people who ordain and establish this Constitution intend the rights protected by this Constitution to be the rights of natural persons.”

  this was NOT the intent of the Founders….

  the Constitution divided the parties vested in this New Country into 3 distinct catagories

  The States
  The People
  The New Central Government

  Corporations were not inteded to be a seperate vested group
